Hotel Princess

The breakfast was really good with so much of varieties and options to choose from. They even had in room breakfast option available. The Hot tub, swimming pool was clean and neat with their own shower as well. The room was neat and clean.

I was offered a different room (Deluxe Single Room) compared to what I booked (Deluxe Double Room). When I asked them during Check-in, they mentioned they do not have any Double Room available as everything was booked and asked me to adjust with it. During check-out when asked for compensation for the price difference, they started convincing that they do not even have Double Room option in their hotel and all the rooms were with single beds and will be put together if large bed is booked.

The rooms are spacius and modern. The Spa has 4 saunas. Parking is big. The lobby is realy nice.

The layout of the spa is not optimal and there is not enough deck chairs.

The location is great. It is close to highway, with a lot of parking and charging station for electric car. Staff is great, facility is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Rooms are large, clean, well maintained. Spa is excellent, massage, sauna, pool, jacuzzi... Breakfast was very good. Highly recommended to anyone who seeks a quite place to stay near Zagreb.

DON’T STAY HERE, if you want a peaceful stay.

There was a school trip of children staying the same night and they were running around the spa, foyer and corridors all evening, shouting, screaming and even playing football. This finished at 11pm and starting the following morning at 6am. The hotel had no control over them and didn’t seem to care. When I cpmplained I was met indifference.

Everything - location close enough to Zagreb and Jastrebarsko, but just outside of everthing so you have piece and quiet. Rooms large, clean and modern, complete hotel looks new. Plenty parking spots. Restaurant and bar in lobby, completely imteresting approach. Wellness, gym, pool, you name it. Very underrated hotel.

It was great waking in the morning knowing there was a 5 star breakfast waiting , the rooms are above average size and modern.

We were a little disappointed that the hotel was pet friendly and saw dogs entering through the main foyer. Had the experience of entering a lift after a dog and could still smell the dogs presence in the lift.Sorry pet lovers but I am not a believer in sharing my personal space with animals ,animals not in my bed or room .

The lobby smelled like an ashtray, they keep the smoking area open to the main lobby, if the owners care for a little improvement they should do something about it , when we arrived at 13:00 although the rooms were ready, we were asked to pay €10 for the hour early check-in which is ridiculous

SPA center and Saunas are great. Not to many people, just right. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Lots of space in the bathroom. Lobby cafe is very pleasant.

Very nice hotel offering everything you’d like to have - especially when you take a break during a longer roadtrip, nice people, great food, cozy rooms!

It was very clean, quite comfy beds, nice and spacious toilet, nice spa and pool, plenty of free parking area

Kitchen was empty, w/o any cutlery, cups etc. No toilet add-ons such as small shampoo bottles, lotions, etc (what you would expect from such a hotel).

Any time you live hotel you have to login Internet ! and price is a little too much . The bad was very small and not comfortable to sleep. Any time I turn I think im going to fall down. I don’t like the.bead at all

Pool and spa area

The bed is too hard, hard pillows.... For me.

Breakfast included was great, variety was wide.Pool was clean and staff kind.Rooms were perfect, clean and tidy. Nothing broken.Staff were always friendly when in the corridors. House keeping staff friendly too.

Buffet breakfast would have been nice to change variety of food. Everyday had the same variety.(which was wide) would have been nice to wake up to something special every morning and different when staying for a long duration.

Lovely dinner ala carte. Nice selection on the menu, good selection of food and drink.Very good breakfast, with a good selection.
