- We booked this hotel for its convenient location. At check-in, we were informed that the keys would be available at the front desk upon our return, and that reception operated 24 hours a day.However, when we returned around 11pm, the hotel was completely locked. There was no one at the reception, and all attempts to contact staff, by knocking on doors and windows, using the intercom, and calling multiple times were unsuccessful. We walked around the building searching for any access point or sign of assistance, to no avail.In desperation, I was about to call the police when a staff member finally appeared and let us in. It became clear that we were the only guests on the property.This was, without a doubt, the worst lodging experience I’ve ever had. It is unacceptable for a property with such lack of basic service and safety to be listed on Booking, a platform that claims to offer trustworthy and quality accommodations.
- Location is not the best, in the middle of nowhere, there are no shops, supermarkets, no drinking bottled water in the room or in the hotel, so everything you need to bring with you, the nearest supermarket is in Fuenlabrada or in Humanes (2-3 km), no English speaking reception.

Quiet and calm
Very far from Madrid and no shops around to buy basic things.
The staff very helpful and they work at reception 24h. The hotel has a sister Bar/Restaurant. Food is homemade affordable, very quick service. It is made for workers around the industrial area so nothing fancy but hearty nice portions of delicious homemade food.
Nothing to like.
No blankets. No sufficient light in room. Bulbs out of order. Hardly found a working plug socket to recharge phone. Comparatibly Prices very very high. Free Cancellation policy should be.
