Vayamundo Houffalize

It was clean the staff was very helpful and friendly.The breakfast was nice!

There was a lot of noice and it was rather disturbing.

Room was a great size. Breakfast was good. Great bread. Buffet was decent at dinner. Good value for money.

Poor lighting in the room. Access to accessories at the pool (noodles ...) very poor. Life guard did not want to give more out than 4. Pool was relatively cold. Juices at breakfast were horrible - especially the orange juice. The fresh juice option came out once and never again.

location is really good, in the middle of the beautiful Wallonia nature, Restaurant was pleasant and meals were of quality, swimming pool was quite big and it's somehow a pity the Sauna was small and there was no Hammam

Breakfast was good! comfy beds, clean room and nice view of the Ardennes forest, cute little town too.

Needs more transport links to the actual hotel, we basically walked up a huge hill and got to the hotel EXHAUSTED. The shower rail fell off and hit me on the shoulder, was in pain.

The property had an amazing selection of beers and a ton of things for kids to do!

It is really big and not as personal but enjoyed it.

Great rooms, plenty of space with balcony. Huge amount of choice for breakfast. Live entertainment at night. Its more of a resort hotel with so much to do. Pity we didnt have time. The receptionist was so helpful with a problem that we had, calling taxi's etc.

The breakfast was nice, the room spacious enough and the location very near nature.

We liked the facilities.

We really missed a bottle of water in the room. We were looking where to buy, etc... If no water bottles provided, would be nice to have a drinking water tap anywhere, or directions where to find such if it already exists.Could be some animators for the kids in the evenings during kids holidays (even if very basic). Or any live music singer for adults. In general, the hotel is nice and clean, but missing cosiness.

Location and relaxed environment

Stuff was difficult to talk with and they make mistakes. No airco so was very hot at night

The location was great

€5 charge to park my motorbike in the underground garage. Which was nearly empty. I could have parked outside free of charge but opted to pay for the peace of mind and security. If the garage was full then I can understand the charge. Just a small gripe Public area carpets need a good clean

Nice location a little outside of the town of Houffalize. Big swimmingpool included in the price

No AC in the chambers, not good soundproof (heart the children crying from the room next door quite loudly)

Second stay at the fantastic Hotel, great parking for motorcycles, very clean and comfortable rooms

Nice size room with big balcony, helpful reception staff, nice evening meal, drinks and b/fast

Couldn't source us a taxi into town for an evening meal, a la carte menu options could have been more expense, a big hotel - a long walk to our roon

Room was comfortable and well fitted. Breakfast also very good. Did not use any of the other hotel amenities as we use to leave after breakfast and return late at night.

Pillows were uncomfortable, mainly because of a square shape.

Slept well, clean rooms

The people working there don't care about service and guests. Very rude and impolite. No feel for service.It's like a DDR facility.

Location okay. It was rather busy.

The glassdoor to the bathroom wich could not be locked

An excellent location in the nature but the lovely town of Houffalize is just a short walk away. Hotel was designed for families and there are many great features that make parent’s life easier and enjoyable holiday - a playground just next to the bar and restaurant, indoor playground, mini farm, beautiful pool etc.

The pool, which has excellent features like jacuzzi and big slide, was on Saturday absolutely crowded due to external visitors (groups of scouts) and changing rooms did not seem very clean so we skipped the dipping on that day.

Of course this hotel is the perfect spot if you running Chouffe trailsbut the hotel is very good good quiet locationgood rooms cozyvery nice breakfastand good bar areathe hotelnhas a good pool area different pools for swimming or just lay backand sauna if you like it
