Pros +
- Great staff and facilities. Restaurant quality was fabulous our first night. Good but not great the second night (same items). Would definitely stay again.
- The room was very comfortable - we liked the warm towels on the towel rack! A lovely dinner and a good breakfast and a convenient parking.
- The breakfast was not too bad, although left out and not refreshed so some of it was dried out the later you went down.Food in the restaurant (although very expensive) was beautiful.
Cons -
- They gave us a double bed while we explicitly asked for two single beds. This made our night very uncomfortable.
- The hotel is so run down. The restaurant and reception are fine but the breakfast area needs improved. It’s all over the place and has broken equipment (orange juice machine). The corridors to the rooms are HORRENDOUS! Iv never stayed anyway where the corridors are fully black. When the lift door opens and there’s no lights on, you can’t see a things. Then the carpets are thread bare, the bit of carpet outside our door had been replaced with a completely different carpet altogether. There were cables exposed in the ceilings. Then our room was a great size but the bed had the worst dip in the middle you couldn’t get back out of in when you sank into it. The room wasn’t very clean, dust and mould in the bathroom. We had to ask for towels, the coffee machine in the bedroom didn’t work and this was after paying for an upgrade. The place was probably beautiful back in the day but it hasn’t been updated sinse back in the day. Very dissapointing as you can tell the place has so much potential.
- Food in brasserie is very good but a bit expensive.

Nice breakfast, lots of choice. Hotel room was clean and spacious, we had an upgrade to the ''deluxe'' room. No balcony. Many options for outdoor activities in the area.
Food in brasserie is very good but a bit expensive.
Wonderful location and interior. The breakfast was amazing. We had a room with a whirlpool bath and a really comfortable bed. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
Can’t fault it.
So so
Calling the hotel from the USA and from Bxl and a lady told us that the hotel was full then by booking we got the chambers . My husband friend went to the hospital and IDry to cancelled one room contacting booking and the hotel and it was not possible When I arrive at the hotel I mention that they can sale one of our room . The lady told me that they were not full and the pocket the money for breakfast andDinner that was not consumed . Not niceMy room didn’t have hot water
Breakfast buffet was really great, so much variety. The town was very cute. Nice, casual outdoor restaurant across the street.
Our bathroom was overly warm and it couldn't be controlled, something about the water heater being below. Our room was the only of the three we had that was like that.
Lovely hotel very friendly good room and very good breakfast
Gorgeous old hotel, lovely room with balcony, super comfy, cute spa, and super awesome breakfast. Staff was amazing, welcoming and very helpful.
Lovely location. Breakfast was very nice.. rooms were clean and well presented
Lots of maintenance issues. Air con didn’t work, small fan that made no difference. The safe didn’t work. We specifically chose this hotel due to the availability of a EV Charger but it was constantly turned off by the hotel as it caused issues with their electricity supply and has been an issue for over a year so charging my car was stressful.
Great hotel and had a lovely breakfast. We did not get to try the pizzas, but they looked amazing. We did not eat at the restaurant but wished we did, the restaurants around the town are very average. I would recommend eating at the hotel.
The hot tub and steam room need to be warmer.
Location & friendly personnel
shower should be renewedpizzeria resto owned by hotel expensive and not representative for this 3* hotel
Central for centre and a good breakfast
No air conditioning and very poor service in their beer garden
Fabulous location , very helpful staff and a great breakfast
On a very hot night it would have been so much nicer if the air conditioning was working
Good breakfast. Free parking
Hard pillow. High cost for old room
Friendly staff and good location of the hotel
For me, the bed wasn’t that comfortable and the airconditioning didn’t work
Very central in a beautiful town. Very nice personel, amazing breakfast.
Uh, the only way to go to first floor was an elevator, no stairs lol.
Restaurant, rooms and parking
Location, hotel is really nice, breakfast and restaurant is also excellent.
There is a really annoying noise that prevents sleep, a motor noise followed by 3 clicks, I assume it's related to the spa. Maybe a heavy sleeper will be fine but it reduced our sleep considerably.
