Great location that's really center and parking is about a 6 minute walk. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel felt somewhat claustrophobic: the room was small, the ceiling low, and the stairs up to the room were tight. Also, the bed was not very comfortable.

Location in centre, cosy room, great value

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the medieval town, and the staff was friendly.

Our room was up many flights of narrow stairs and we had to park about 12 minutes away, but otherwise we were satisfied.

The staff was so helpful and kind. Ready to assist with anything needed. The breakfast buffet was really good - very well supplied with quality food. Hot and cold. Appreciated the "welcome" wine!

The room was clean and adequate but very small. The breakfast was very good as well as the location.

The staff at the desk were not very knowledgeable or helpful. Not many spoke English and when asked questions, they didn’t know the answers.

Not that you can do anything about it, but dropping bags off at the reception and parking the car is not easy.

The location of this hotel is a definite plus, providing a convenient base for exploring the city. We found it easy to get around from here.However, our stay was met with a few challenges. Guests should be aware that the property does not have an elevator, and we had to carry our bags up two flights of stairs without any offer of assistance. Once in the room, we were met with a very strong smell of moisture, which was pervasive enough to give me a headache.Furthermore, the WiFi was not working during our visit. The staff was polite and informed us they were working on a solution for the next day. While the location is great, our experience was impacted by these issues. With a bit of maintenance, this hotel has the potential to be a much more comfortable stay.

We stayed in the house and found the beds extremely comfortable. It was impeccably clean and the WiFi was fast and reliable. You couldn't have a better location in Honfleur. The staff was very professional and accommodating.

the stairs are very steep stairs - the hotel should aware of it. It is not possible to bring the large baggage to the room at all.

Amazing location. Incredible breakfast. Beautiful decor - in the room and the downstairs lounge. Terrific beds. Lots of plugs. Accommodating and very helpful staff.

No shower curtain. The staircase to our top floor room got narrower and steeper the higher it went - added to the charm but those last few steps were tough to navigate.

Location is perfect!

The room really was a one-star room. It was so small. The carpet was kind of gross. The art was comical. Online the picture didn't look that bad, but in person it was horrible. Make sure you're comfortable around whomever you share the room with because the bathroom is about 3 ft from the bed.The hostess was nice. And the breakfast menu looked good. I wish we would have had breakfast and not stayed there.Now, if you are a person who just cares about location, that this hotel may be good for you.

BEST location possible for Honfleur!!! Staff ~ helpful, delightful, multi-lingual. Walking distance to absolutely everything in this delightful town. We stayed an extra day because there was much to do/see/experience. Be in Honfleur for the Saturday Market - throughout the town.

Cozy room with great decor. Great location. Free parking nearby. Friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. No AC but slept with windows open. Fan in the closet.

Narrow winding staircase, typical of Honfleur. Able to hear other guest who were using staircase and in hallway. Room had low ceiling beams. Small shower.
