Nice hotel situated in a tranquil area. Convenient with free car park. Breakfast was nice , with an variety of foods to choose from . Had a nice sleep in the room.

The staff was very courteous. He tried to fix the issues we had with the two rooms he presented to us. Alas, he was unable to fix the problems with the rooms. Which resulted in us leaving the hotel to go somewhere else.

The first room that was presented to us, the toilet was not cleaned. In fact, it was disgusting. Which brought in question the rest of the room.The second room was fine. Everything that was wrong with the first room seemed to be as it should for the money we paid. Finally settling down, I placed my bag on the couch and there were several white bugs that were in the creases of the couch. No thanks. That was the last and final straw. We left.

Excellent range of options for breakfast. Good service, cheerful staff.

Nothing not to like. Comwell met our needs & we will stay here in the future when we return to see our family.

Stayed before, location is good to meet up with family. Our rooms were in a different part of the hotel / perhaps a conference facility. Double room was smaller than both the “single “ / twin rooms.

Shower was fine for me, but other members of my family complained that they were poor. My room did not have any heating control, and was cold at times.

Breakfast is excellent, especially the honey which comes from hives on the property.Quiet and peaceful location.

Like most showers in Europe, the water isn't contained to the stall and flows onto the floor.Rooms could benefit from a few shelves or drawers for storage.

Not much to be honest, everything about this place was disappointing for the price paid. On booking it looked much more high-end then it is or the price indicates.As a low end hotel it works and if one paid $100/night one would get what one paid for.

First there was no amenities (minibar, ect,) in the room what so ever, felt like a cheap motel.Toilet was not clean, inside the bowl was brown stains that did not happen over night but over time not cleaning it properly. Shower was clogged so water was built up during a shower so one had to turn of the water to let it catch up.Restaurant could not cater for all guest in hotel, so on the Saturday we had to go eat somewhere else. On Friday the meat choice on the meny was not available due to under staffing.Breakfast was very limited and quality of Juice was disgusting (was basically colorized water with suger). There was no white bread choices only dark bread and most were with fruits or nuts in them. I'm sure a lot of people appreciate that but also some don't.Also hotel did not clean rooms everyday and used the Eco excuse, they offered it upon request. I have nothing against this system but again them lowering their overhead should be reflected in the nightly rate.Would not come back, this place should be charged at motel rates and NOT at $300/night.

Comwell Holte – The reception is excellent and very welcoming. There is ample parking for hotel guests, and the location is great, outside the city in a quiet area, yet you can easily reach Copenhagen. However, the breakfast is very poor with limited options, and the attitude of some staff members is unpleasant. Room cleaning must be requested a day in advance, which was inconvenient during our 5-night stay. The shower water pressure is weak and not strong enough for a comfortable shower.

The breakfast is delicious, and the location is ok, except a little bit far from the city center.

It is better to clean the room everyday, at present it needs to book cleaning service one day in advance.

It's was nice quiet place. Very comfortable room.

We tried to live up to the fact that "hotel rooms don't need cleaning everyday", but, towels were changed without us making a requestWe asked for an early departure breakfast and expressed annoyance at being charged extra for a snack rather than a full buffet meal. The buns that were provided were completely inedible. Threw them awayThese little wrinkles in an otherwise great stay, linger in the memory! Pity that the final memory of an otherwise great stay, was so poor

Very quiet at night. Breakfast OK. Plenty og car park spaces

Not luggage friendly. Had to take staircase and drag luggage down the steps. Mattress not overly comfortable.
