Not kid friendly, poor service in the restaurant, no A/c, poor internet, no screens on windows

I liked the pricing of the hotel, the setting. Every morning was beautiful and picturesque. The size of the rooms are quite large. My wife was injured on a skiing accident while here and I felt very supported by the staff. Perfect score.

If they did any better I'd have to send them Christmas gifts

The staff were amazing and very helpful. They took the extra mile and were looking to help and guide of best practices and suggestions for any request or question I brought to them, including advising for travel and attractions around the hotel.

Not many attractions in the hotel for kids or generally. Some of the requests were a bit unique - schedule time for sauna or buying services limited till 8pm.

The location is just on the lake view.The breakfast was delicious and rich. The best I had in Europe.I was upgraded to apartment, it was super clean, and had all the facilities for comfort stay

Great location out of the main town so very quiet. Near several hiking trails and a good view of the lake. Exceptional breakfast selection with eggs and sausage as well as cereal and breads. Nice large room with balcony and kitchenette.

Parking is difficult as there is only about 12 spaces.

Some problems with the parking, not enough parking place, if you come after 7PM, there is no free parking place.The sound insulation isn't very good, but it's bearable. In any case, it's specific and depends on the hotel guests.

There was no elevator (at least where we lived)

For my purpose the location is excellent as it is nearest to my friends whom I come to visit. At the same time, Titisee affords me rest and relaxation.

No salmon for breakfast on Sundays.

What everyone else mentioned: you may have to park a few minutes walk downhill from hotel, hot-cold water in the shower alternates randomly. Also, no elevator, which is a pain if you have heavy luggage.

The lake view was excellent, lucky to have some snow and a beautiful landscape. Breakfast delicious. Nice staff.

It was snowing on the arrival day and it wasn't easy to climb the hill, maybe they can change something, to spread salt or something, as there is a sharp hill.....

Amazing sauna facilities- for free and great breakfast. But the highlight by far is the lovely receptionist staff - very welcoming and helpful. The mind-blowing beauty of the lake view in the morning and the balcony makes it a trip highlight.

The parking was limited and it seems there is a first come first serve- first served basis. We had to park a 7 minute walk down the hill from the hotel as there was no space left for us!!!The whole room was boiling hot like a sauna, even after we turned all the radiators down. Had to sleep with the windows open (it was minus 8 degrees outside) to be able to breathe. The shower head wouldn’t stay in place either, it kept spinning around and the facing the wall, so the only way to shower was to hold it with one hand.We got an upgraded room, so not complaining about it, but it would be a much lower rating if we had paid for this upgrade and then faced these issues.

The room was clean and comfortable. We had four people so we utilized the pullout couch, which was all made up for us when we arrived. Although we were only there one night and didn’t need the kitchen it was fully stocked with anything you may need to cook a meal. We looked out on the beautiful lake as we enjoyed the included breakfast.

Modern, stylish and clean hotel. Our accommodation had a balcony overlooking the lake with balcony, kitchen and separate living area to the bedroom. Good breakfast and friendly, helpful personnel.

My only criticism is that the shower head was not adjustable but everything else was fantastic.
