I got a non smoking room but it still smells like cigarettes.

Noise from night clubs but not that bad

Breakfast at the restaurant on the 4th floor. Good variety and staff were amazing and welcoming. Both food and service were great

I really liked the location, it is a quiet area, but within walking distance there are many places to eat or have fun. Very nice view from my window

I was on the 17th floor, but I could hear the sound of the clubs on the first floor…. You should put some kind of sound barrier in the clubs.

The environment was not suitable for families, and the room was permeated with a strong smell of tobacco (Sheesha), which resulted in burning eyes and an allergic headache for me. Furthermore, loud music from the pub party hall made it impossible to relax. I had clearly stated during the booking process that I wanted to avoid rooms with tobacco odors or noise disturbances. Unfortunately, I had to leave the hotel at midnight on the first night due to these issues. When I approached the receptionist, he informed me that he could neither cancel my booking nor permit me to check out because I had reserved through Booking.com. The receptionist was unhelpful in addressing my concerns. Despite reaching out to Booking.com for assistance, I have yet to receive a response.The following day, I returned to the hotel and spoke with the assistant manager, Mr. Wael. He listened to my concerns and offered some reassurance regarding the situation. He acknowledged the problems I encountered with the room and the noise disturbances. However, despite his efforts, we still did not stay for the first night, even though we had paid for two nights.I remain unhappy and dissatisfied with Booking.com's response, as they have not yet addressed my inquiries about this situation. The lack of communication and resolution has left me feeling frustrated.

Every thing is good spacious room, clean , neat.Breakfast is very nice and has a variety of options.Staff are helpful.

For me I can say may be the parking is not the best parking I’ve seen but it’s ok.

Such a good deal for a nice hotel room. Just what you need - desk, wifi (sometimes glitches out at night), cold ac. Bed is slightly more on firm side.

Room was nice and clean and bed was comfortable. Parking in the hotel with our rental car was great. Hotel is good for those who want to travel around the island and not staying in hotel whole day.

There is a large construction site around the hotel, so there is a lot of dust and noise. The disadvantage of the hotel is that there is a noisy disco on the ground floor and there is also a lot of noise from the hallway into the rooms (you can hear everything). Another disadvantage is that the room has a door to another room (which is not pleasant when someone you don't know is staying there) and if someone is noisy there, you can hear it quite a bit.

Interconnecting room door and room door have very poor sound insulation. Can even hear the lift bell when room is some distance away.

Went for the Grand Prix. Was a great hotel. Breakfast could be a bit better. Some of the items were cold. The property though a bit old, was clean and comfortable. The staff were really helpful.
