The hotel employees treatment were fabulous and we got an upgrade by Mr Mahmoud Majdi, thanks to his elegant handling of the situation in hand.

this is 5 star hotel and I am wondering for basic things such as TV is not working !

WC kept leaking and they didn’t fix it until check out. Couldn’t sleep

I waited for an hour at check in to get my room! And when i got the room it wasn’t clean there was sugar on the sofa and

The hotel receptionist told us all rooms are sea view rooms but the room we got did not have a sea view, it faced the mall and we asked for a paid upgrade they offered the one bedroom apartment which had the best sea view ever that I really enjoyed.

For the one bedroom apartment. There was fake eyelashes in the shower left by someone before.The floors and some furniture need to be replaced.

Location is amazing, and if you’re lucky enough to be assigned a room with a city / bay view you’ll really enjoy the scenery. The hotel is also very close to many hot spots and must-visit places in Manama, so you’re always 5 minutes away from 90% of your destinations.The staff are very helpful and accommodating, dealing with them was a delight.

Although the hotel is beautifully designed, it is not well maintained. There were a lot of little details that needed touch ups (at least in my room) (I.e: pealing wall paper, cracks and scratches in the woodwork, and surprisingly - mold spots in the bathroom ceiling).The late night menu for in room dining is very little, not much options.Tv system lags and most channels do not appear at all.The elevator system is quite complicated, and you have to swipe your card on the matching multiple times before is gives you access to press on your floor.The parking is quite condensed and not easy to maneuver in, tip (if you have a car, just use valet and spare yourself the trouble of going down there).The quality of the soap & shampoo can be better.I look forward for the hotel to pay attention to these small details, as they really do matter and affect the overall impression of the experience.

I liked the hotel’s location and the professionalism of the reception staff. They were very responsive to our requests. The rooms were clean, well organized, and equipped with everything a guest might need during the stay. I also appreciated the flexibility and cooperation in allowing a late check-out until 1:00 PM instead of 12:00 PM.

What I didn’t like was that we requested two extra beds and paid 560 SAR, but the bed provided was very small and extremely uncomfortable, which was quite disappointing. In addition, the television was not working properly; it was not a smart TV, and we were unable to access applications such as Netflix or Shahid. However, when I informed the reception about the extra bed issue, their response was reassuring, and they promised compensation during future visits to the hotel.

It’s nice as a property but it was bad experience with the stuff mainly reception

As I said before, we took long time to do chicken and it was cloudy and only two was working there man Nova he’s not helpful and he is treating the guest in a bad way. One more thing the television it’s old and it’s not smart refrigerator not work and when I called the maintenance team, they said we will replace it. It will take 15 minutes while my wife inside the room that’s not good.

Very slow service, we have been waiting for 35 minutes Till we receive our luggage to our room I called the reception twice but still no body responded Until I went down to solve the issue !

Overall location is good, but the above mentioned points really made it difficult to count on next time !!

Alot of the room services didnt work. First night wifi was down, tv wasn’t working properly. Not a smart TV, the room controls would sometimes get stuck. We had a hard time finding where the in room dining

List is so long, this is my first and definitely my last time in Wyndham. Worst experience ever in my lifeI booked it month ago, informed them and paid in advance for an extra bed, texted, DMed via Booking and emailed them of my arrival specific time and they acknowledged that, and when i arrived to the room the bed was not there and it took them an hour to deliver it, the internet was not working they needed an hour also to fix and their fix was a portable modem very slow and struggled with to get it working, the experience was aweful and they did not even try to make things up at allBesides all of that the lobby is very small, i imagined something else when i saw the tower and learned about Wyndham standardThey are not just loosing a customer but surely a series of customers cuz this experience shall be shared to all my colleagues, friends and familyTotally not recommend it to anyone

From the beginning reception was very kind & helpful his name AMR his kindness made me so grateful that I couldn't stay in any other hotel next time . Hotel location perfect , room super clean , facilities & room size was unbelievable.

The TV system was broken, I couldn’t enjoy watching any channel during my whole stay.

I checked in very late around 2:00 AM after a long trip and requested a late check-out, which was confirmed for 3:00 PM. Despite this, I received nonstop calls starting at 10:00 AM, with different staff members calling each time and saying they would “check.”The lack of communication was frustrating, one staff member was rude, and I couldn’t rest properly. They later realized the check-out was indeed at 3:00 PM. For a 5-star hotel, this was very disappointing. The room was dusty, there was no hot water, and overall it was not worth the price.

This is my third time staying at Wyndham so I obviously love(d) this hotel. Their rooms are specious, well-designed and comfortable. Location is very central.

Unfortunately this particular stay was very disappointing and will make it my last stay at Wyndham Bahrain. Concierge staff lost our luggage. Luckily and after opening the cameras - which took forever - they were able to verify it was taken (by mistake) by another guest and eventually recovered it. This whole process took 3 hours. What was especially frustrating to us is the lack of accountability as the staff rushed to placing blame on the guest who took our luggage instead of their staff who were charged with safeguarding their guests belongings upon check-in. They did offer some compensation options that did not work for us (we had asked for a 1-night refund, they absolutely refused). On top of that, the TV in the room froze the entire time we were there.
