Friendly staff, quiet, and great location.

The room was not matching the pictures we saw on booking. Floor was sticky. Also, beware of whatsapp spam.. either their cybersecurity team needs a refresh or someone is leaking reservation information.Sea access was limited.

The resort offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere, making it well suited for a short getaway. The room was spacious clean and comfortable and the overall layout of the property is pleasant and well maintained. Staff were polite and helpful and the check in process was really smooth. There was a slight delay during check out, but it was manageable

The requirement of a 50 BHD security deposit was not clearly emphasized in advance and guests are informed that the refund may take up to one to two weeks or potentially longer to be returned to the credit card. While this is understandable as a policy clearer communication and a faster refund timeline would improve the overall guest experience

The property is clean and has good facilities and Housekeeping staff are very co-operative and friendly

I was shocked that I extended one mor day including breakfast, However though the room is for (2 adults and 2 Kids) , the breakfast was only for 2 adults only !!! I tried yo solve this issue with the reception but really they were not co-operative and even confirmed that if any of them eat they will charge me !!!!

Location at the entrance of Amwaj Island. Beautiful beach. Full of activities. Nice staff. Relatively clean. I had a Marbella Penthouse and it was very spacious with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 2 balconies.

Check-in was very slow with only one receptionist.Balconies were dusty and balcony furniture was not being cleaned.Windows seal is weak so you will be annoyed by the sound of winds if it is windy.

Location is good

Attitude of staff, rooms are not clean, furniture is damaged, and TV wasn't working and few lights were not working.

Excellent staff. Ease of access. Reception was very helpful. Ample parking facilities.

Checkout took longer than expected since I guess they had to check if any breakages was there during the stay. Finding the correct apartment was a little bit confusing since arrival was after dusk.

Location, clean, space and staff

It’s calm place to spend holidays. Away from the hustle bustle of the city. Good for families.

The water park was closed in December 25. Breakfast was below average mainly consisting of eggs dishes. The pools water is normal, not temperature controlled.

Place was spacious and good enough

WI-FI speed was awful. One of the worst internet I've seen in 15 years. Part of the experience especially in place outside of the downtown is good WI-FI. And it was very disappointing.

The location was far from the city, and the water slide was closed. If you dont think about luxury from it, it's ok. You need a car to travel inside the city as it's far. The internet was very slow. The TV has limited channels. The kitchen needs more cutlery, plates, cups, and pots. Our rooms had the view of a building being built and we were not able to open the curtains.

Its really good and all the families will enjoy, the place is so comfortable and the staff so friendly and the supervisor shubam he is nice guy and helpful

*Our main reason for booking here is the direct sea access from the villa, which we really enjoy.*Breakfast has significantly improved compared to previous years.*The staff are friendly — especially the golf cart drivers, cleaners, and breakfast team.*The villa includes a kitchen well equipped with plates, pans, and refrigerators.*The new spacious lobby, now housing both the reception and restaurant, is a nice addition.

*Reception remains the same as before — not welcoming, and their new policies are quite surprising. You need to sign different forms of pledges despite the BHD50 insurance.*Toilets full of molds and the rooms smell stinky.*Doors not well cleaned and shows so many handprints.*Some parts of the villa need renovations specially toilets.*The hotel’s rules seem unfriendly toward Bahrainis, which is disappointing. There are no special rates for citizens, and the place is mostly occupied by foreigners.*Villas do not allow more than nine people, and everyone — even short-term visitors — must present their IDs. It’s strange for a resort that’s supposed to offer relaxation and a pleasant escape.

Its peaceful good for a weekend getaway the main thing to do is enjoy the pool and beach

the padel court is chargeable the bikes and scooters are all chargeable the waterpark is under construction. I booked a penthouse and both the balconies were very dirty the tables and chairs were all covered with bird poop. They tell u that u can use the buggy to move around which is never available on time so either u walk or use ur car.. The wifi was extremely bad v complained the person came and said yes not working technician will come tomorrow who never showed up till our stay

It’s very good place for families, no alcohol, and really good value of money.

- Toilets flush was a bit weak flow. ( but not a big deal ) - also i wished if there is a variety in the breakfast buffet.
