Big space, privacy, private car parking, private jacuzzi and swimming pool, bed rooms are well furnished and comfortable and contemporary too. All staff were friendly and helpful, specially the Philippino lady forget her name and Ashjaan Mohammed!

The villa is very spacious, and the overall design is amazing, offering a comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added a positive touch to the experience.

However, there were some areas that need improvement. Hygiene was an issue, as the bedsheets and pillow covers were not clean, and the floor was slightly dusty.In addition, maintenance needs attention, as some of the furniture was not in good condition.

Large space

The assigned villa (47) is dirty with no door in the jacuzzi

The resort has a coffee shop with a great view, a soccer field, a playground, and a restaurant. Also, I had a four-bedroom villa that had a swimming pool with a large space for barbecue, a seating area, and three spacious living rooms, along with a big kitchen.The staff is very helpful and responds very quickly.I had the best stay with my kids.

Everything was good

The resort has a nice, family-friendly atmosphere with pleasant vibes. The location is very good, the prices are reasonable, and overall the place is enjoyable to stay in. This is not our first visit, which shows that we generally like the resort.

When we first checked in, we were given a villa without curtains and without wardrobe doors. After requesting a change, we were moved to another villa that had curtains, but the bathroom doors did not close properly. These issues affected our comfort. I hope proper maintenance will be done, as the environment is lovely and it would be a shame for it to be neglected.

The Service was wonderful the staff where very kind and helpful there where also very friendly.

I would recommend that they change the towels everyday once they clean the villa because I had to ask them for it but other than that it’s great

The location. We like this place mainly because the location is convenient and comfortable for us, which is why we have stayed here before

Unfortunately, this stay was not a good experience. Check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 PM, but we were only allowed to enter close to 6:00 PM because the villa was not ready and still needed cleaning. The staff were not cooperative at all.We were given an old villa that was very different from our previous stays. It was not clean or well maintained like before. The air conditioning was not working properly, and the oven was also not functioning. We contacted the staff several times, but they kept sending the team to check and leave without fixing the issue. We spent around three hours trying to use the oven, as it kept turning on and off.I asked them to find a solution or offer compensation, or move us to another villa, but they said everything was fully booked. Only after I mentioned that I would file a complaint did they apologize. Even after replacing the oven, it worked briefly and then stopped again. After another three hours, they offered to move us to a different villa, which was smaller, not what we booked, had very limited furniture, and was not suitable for our group size.Overall, this stay was disappointing compared to our previous experiences here.

Jacuzzi was making so much heat in the master bedroom.

Staff was polite, courteous, hospitable, and attentive to the guests' needs. Donna was helpful.The unit was so spacious and clean, can use a bit of maintenance though. Overall, we had a comfortable and worry-free stay at Nordic.

Swimming pool is cold... maybe can have heater.The shower runs out of hot water.The shower area in the master's bedroom is leaking.

The staff were great, they were kind

The villas needs maintenance a lot, you can see lots of cracks in the tiles and kitchen, we have been visiting the place for a very long time and the condition of the villas are always the same. Also I would recommend heated pools so that they can be used during winter

The villa is very large and spacious, perfect for big families. The jacuzzi in the master bedroom is a great addition and made the stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended.

The curtains could be more light-blocking, and sometimes the hot water takes a while to heat up. However, these are minor issues and do not affect the overall experience.
