ibis Styles Manama Diplomatic Area

The modern furniture and the cleanness of it.

There was no swimming pool .

Not worth it.!

From the moment I arrived, the issues never stopped. The hotel is located in a dead area with no nearby activity, and the reception area is small and gloomy. Parking requires crossing the street and going up to the third floor. I requested a groom room setup in advance, but nothing was prepared upon arrival. The room has a large wall blocking the window, and the views from all sides are poor. Basic disposable amenities like slippers were not provided as in typical hotels. At midnight, I ordered food delivery while wearing pajamas and asked reception to bring it to the room, but they refused and asked me to come down and collect it myself.

Location, clean and spacious room with good breakfast

Room is clean.

Gym is very very poor,Small room, no proper wardrobe.

I made a request if we can check-in at an earlier time since we arrived early and also requested for a nice room with a view. They have accommodated my requests and gave us aroom with more space. The staff are very hospitable and accommodating.

The location is perfect, the staff were super helpful and accomodating

Some plugs didnt work to charge our electronics, the iron board was too old almost burnt our clothes

Great Location, helpful staff and good customer service

The breakfast was good but not varied enough to be worth it

Cleanliness

Room Size , Facilities , Rude staff.

Good location, clean room, good breakfast and friendly staff.

Plumbing issues during my first night, but staff was able to fix it.

The location is good

Very clean, calm and good management, thanxxx alot

Everything started well. Room was big, clean, but last day I entered the room and everywhere was water. Team sent a plumber but it was 1am already and fixing wasn’t ending. They offered me another room or to wait longer.I was exhausted after our company event and simply couldn’t sit as an alone woman while some man was keep going in and out. I accepted after an hour to move to another room, which is due to availability they gave my a half size of what I had, with cigarettes smell… one the wall it’s written “if you have room issues and we didn’t fix it within 30 minutes, your stay on us” ??? I like your face promotion. Bcs when I asked about it, nobody responded me till now. So please Dear team, stop posting fake offers. You don’t fix anything within 30 mins and paying back for stay. You just move to smaller smelly rooms and enjoying your life. Thanks

Really good hotel - clean and comfortable. Very nice location and a great view from our room. Staff was courteous and welcoming. 100% recommended if you're looking for a great value hotel in Manama.

I was very pleased with my stay, and I really liked the hotel and its location. I would also like to extend special thanks to Mr. Ahmed at the reception and Mr. Mohammed from the security team for their professionalism and excellent attitude. They truly made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

The room was clean and fresh but a little smaller than other hotels

basic facilities

Location

Breakfast, services , bad smell in bathroom

The location "heart of manama" ; very professional staff special thanks to Nairoz .

Room was good, modern and clean. The only comment I have is that there was a Concrete column in the middle of the room, but they managed to put a desk around it so it was not so obvious. Design issues I guess.

Food was OK, not bad but not the best. Staff was also OK in the restaurant, no issues but could have been more friendly. Other than that I think it is a good hotel just to sleep in.

Very nice Hotel, good location, central and quiet, very confortable room and the staff at Front Desk are very friendly, very professional and attentive to detail, making your stay a very nice experience.

Everything, very professional staff , good size and clean room and great location
