Spacious rooms, Bed was perfect. Staff was very nice and gave a very good service.

The internet is very very unstable.Everything is expensive compare to the moment you get out of the hotel. Not possible to order a breakfast from the menu at the restaurant. You had to take the Buffet, no other choice. Kitchen is poorly equip.

Booked a three bedroom villa and it was really spacious with 4 bathrooms/washrooms. Easily accessible location. Very welcoming and supporting staff.Having a theatre hall for kids was a pleasant surprise.

Swimming area was decent but a bit small.Breakfast was also very good but there is an area of improvement in providing more interesting options.

Clean, near centers and malls.

You need to have activities in the hotel to attract more families . Check out time is not flexible as I am a regular customer to this hotel since it opens. Every time I came to Bahrain, staying at it and they can check. While there is more hotels better and near the price but my family like it.

Parking is not well organized, need to emphasize on guests to respect parking rules, I found my self blocked by a car parking in no designated slot.

Only 3 small elevators serving a great number of floors not enough especially during crowded seasons! Small parking lots for big cars!

What I liked the most about the hotel is its excellent location. I have visited this hotel every summer for the past three years, but unfortunately this summer the service was very poor. Housekeeping does not respond despite several calls.The hotel also needs to renovate the rooms and bathrooms as the quality is outdated and poor. The bathrooms and kitchen were not clean.

My reservation was 8 days, I stayed 7 days and I asked them to refund one night but they refused.Sometimes you have to cancel or change the original plan for urgent matters. The hotel should be flexible notice that my reservation was free cancellation.

the price was good and the staff was friendly the beds are nice these is facilities for the kids and pool for them to swim and have a good time

the rooms smell cigarettes and not cleaned wellthe breakfast is not that good, before 1 year it was better, it was my second time for me staying in this hotel

The hotel needs to mention that it's a dry hotel- it doesn't have a bar or serves alcohol, however they allow it allow guests to bring their own drinks in to be consumed in the privacy of their rooms.
