The view and hospitality

The hotel is truly 7-star. The reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is very clean and has a wonderful atmosphere. The apartments are very spacious and include everything you need. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the room design is excellent. They communicate with guests via WhatsApp to check on requirements, which is a unique and modern service. Room service and housekeeping are always on time, and the valet parking staff are very helpful. It is the best hotel in Bahrain if you want to enjoy the New Year fireworks and show. Everything I experienced and saw was extraordinary. I really enjoyed my stay and recommend other to try such experience.

Nothing to mention and everything was great.

Great location and very nice staff. Comfy beds and well equipped rooms. Good breakfast

1) ‘bay view’ is false advertising. The view is the office building next door 2) too many LED control panels in the room, very bright at night and no way to get rid of it. Hard to sleep3) inedible, expensive kids meal from sushi samba for new years

Location, front desk staff, main gate staff (Mr Sunday)

Very large and clean apartment with nice sea view The staff are friendly

-The lights system in the room needs to be fixed, it’s either you have to open them all or turn them off all. And the switch next to the bed is not working well.-Also, the AC is either very cold or you have to turn it off.

Location

Unpleasant behaviours from some guests in addition to being flexible enough in check out… they phones me at 11:00 a.m to checkout even though it was not long weekend. I requested an extension to 3 p.m and charged me 70% of price

Location, restaurant, facilities, valet parking

Pool is small and not very private in front of the restaurant.Approx 60 minutes after checking into our room the room keeping supervisor entered our room without knocking, she said she was looking for her eyeglasses- this should not happen.

It’s new and interior is perfect

All was perfect but missing items there means that you won’t find it again. Overpriced compared to others.

We had a wonderful stay! We booked a suite, and it was spacious, clean, and perfect for groups. The hotel was well-organized and beautifully maintained. Everything was tidy and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great experience for me and my friends — we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

What I liked about the stay was the hotel’s excellent location, the spacious and comfortable rooms, and the friendly and welcoming staff. They really made the experience more enjoyable.

There were several negative aspects that affected the experience. The pillow covers had a very unpleasant and disturbing smell, and the elevator was often delayed. Room service was slow, with food preparation taking much longer than expected, and the food quality itself was poor.Honestly, it was a disappointing experience that I would not repeat, especially considering the amount paid. ??

All staff including reception, cafes and restuarant are very kind from the check in until the check out day.

Everything was amazing!! Thanks for Salma, Abdulla and Eva they were amazing ?? The hospitality is wonderfull. For sure coming back to this hotel and i recommend it strongly

Service is so bad. Facilities are not there ex. Health club and SPA

Reception staff especially at night when we did the check in. We reached to the desk and found no receptionist and we had to wait around 15 minutes to see someone!!

the hotel is amazing in all aspects and exceeded my expectations . when I check in they give me free upgrade to suite with balcony . staff was super friendly and very helpful always smiling and do all best to meet needs and make my stay conferrable. suite was super clean, specious, and very nice modern designee with nice touches of art. facilities also very nice and have specious basement parking and also free valet parking. location is superb near everything you want. hotel is so quite and relaxing. if anyone looking for staying at suites this hotel will be the first choice you should look for.

nothing . everything was great

The front desk were amazing specially SAEED and Ahmed , also the hotel manager was from Ukrain can be found everywhere

My suit was amazing and the view was amazing too

Selma and Sunny were great at checking us in. Selma went above and beyond at making sure we were comfortable and had everything we need. The staff in general are super polite, friendly and welcoming. Everyone was most attentive.

Very comfortable, amazing staff, very clean, beautiful view from the room

A little out of the way, and lots of traffic in the evening

Good place good staff No path top , bed is not the best in comfort mater

The room was clean, modern and amazing with great view. I would like to thank Salma from the reception desk for her dedication and smile and making out stay a great one

The elevator, you need to add more as two elevators shared with SushiSamba restaurant it not enough
