The place is spacious, clean, and almost all needs are met.

The air conditioner is shared between the two rooms, with a single control.

The accommodation was tolerable

What I didnt like is not being told that there are no refunds. I left one hotel and came there on Friday 29 August with the expectations to stay through 1 September which is what I paid for. Unfortunately, I had to check out early and get back home so I checked out on 31 August only to be told that the one night that I didn't stay wasn't refundable. This is stealing as I checked out around 1am on Sunday 31 August to catch the 420am flight back to Doha. Shame on you.

The staff were very helpful and responsive. However, the apartment had some issues: the furniture was old and dusty, and there was an unpleasant smell, especially in the bathrooms—this could be easily improved. The quality of the provided amenities (shampoo, hand soap, and towels) was poor, so we had to buy our own.

Reception guy name saif as he gave this name not sure if right or fake but he has a bad attitude not professional the he talk to guests not acceptable at all

Modern design, room and building facilities is clean and fragrant smell, available cookware in the kitchen, respectful staff and service people.

The trash bins inside the unit are plastic and not matching the modern concept, the kitchen exhaust hood not working, the internet is cutting off, the iron and board is also not matching the modern concept, the pool water is freezing cold, would be nice to have a water heater for the pool. TV sets are outdated and low quality for entertainment.

They didn’t give us the key for balcony it was closed until second day morning they bring it before 3 hours before check out .

I like the location of the area, the spacious place and they have a covered parking. the equipment of the apartment is very good.

Since its my second time booking with them, the cleanliness was changed, they must be cautious specially on the bathroom floors its too slippery and they must place a dry rug or anti slip mat because my daughter slipped luckily its a light fall. also the area from the dinning to the kitchen was not been sweeped as there are too much crumbled things below and a bit sticky. also the smell of the room is like the cigarette smoke so we request for an airfreshner

Very disturbing and traumatizing

I found bed bugs, i asked for a refund! I received irresponsible responses!I was bit multiple times all over my body!I immediately left! I had to get rid of all my clothes and belongings!

Everything is good until the reception asked to keep my passport with them until checkout.At that time I knew I came to the wrong place

The room size is very excellent. The room view is beautiful. The furniture is beautiful and comfortable.

There is no drinking water in the hotel The floor of the room is very dirty. The last time we mopped it was a year ago

Location

The price is a bit high considering this time of year, the weather and the star rating of the hotel itself. In addition, the receptionist asked for a insurance deposit that was more than the value of the room for an unconvincing reason.

The receiption was not helpful and I dont think they are aware of hosting , they are agains the guest I dont know why and they dont smile at all

Balcony is locked and using a reason that someone was drunk and threw objects from top. This is not acceptable

The hotel is new, clean, and was quiet. The explanation and treatment of the reception staff at the time of check in and check out was more than wonderful. Of course, I strongly recommend it.
