Access roads blocked most of the time due to illegal parking

The cleanliness of the room was excellent and the speed of response in case of requesting anything from the room service

There is a problem in entering and exiting the hotel site due to the parking of cars on the street and it is always crowded at night, making it difficult to move around and get a taxi on time

Location is great and close to all needed stores and leisure places.

A little hard to locate the property as it was in dead-end Street.

The best hotel I’ve stayed at in Bahrain in terms of value for money. The suites and rooms are spacious, quiet, cozy, modern, and exceptionally comfortable.

it was a good stay, everything was clean and peaceful , the staff were friendly and quick to help whenever needed.

The price comparing to the hotel, rooms, cleanful and customer service especially Amry was wonderful.

Good Location

The sounds and noise that coming from the night clubs in the hotel do not add value to the hotel. Not good for families.

- price lower than other hotels- big bed and sofa bed- kitchen and washer- spacious

-the room smelled like sweaty armpits. And the smell didn’t go away no matter how much perfume we sprayed. - upon checkin, we asked if we could have a late checkout the next day. The receptionist (indian) said we could checkout at 2pm. The next day we called the receptionist at around 12:30pm to ask for an iron (the iron we had in our room was dirty and had a sticky residue on the plate which made our clothes dirty) the receptionist (filipino) told us checkout will be at 1pm, giving us only 30 minutes to pack, and get ready. This is poor customer service. You should have told us sooner if you wanted us to check out early!- lack of pillows for the sofa bed. We were given 4 for the main bedroom, but they said no pillows available for the sofa bed and we should make use of the pillow we had.

Location is nice and all the staffs are friendly. It's nice to come back again soon.

Our toilet basin is clogged and I informed already the receptionist about this. This is our second visit with same problem and our room window cannot closed totally wherein some noise from outside is coming in. Hopefully some immediate action on this regards.

Location is terrible, all roads are unpaved, construction sounds all day.My room was on the seventh floor, i can hear the club all night.

The location is okay despite the ongoing roadworks which is understandable. A lot of parking spaces. However the kitchen needs more basic items for cooking

Great location except for the road works, the arab lady at the reception very pleasant everwilling to assist. Upgraded room brilliant. Will recommend for any business traveller.
