The kitchen utensils, cooking pans are limited, they don’t provide enough towels and toiletries you have to call and to ask for it, room 6 pax they provide 3 towels and 3 sets of toothbrush and toothpaste only. TV remote control no working.

Lovely is a very accommodating and very talented receptionist. Pretti is very professional and is also very accommodating.

Space, easy directions, flexible check out time.parking areas. Nice fair sized swimming pool.

The furniture is old and damaged. The TV was not working. Poor plumbing that was blocked and needed maintenance to fix it.There are only 2 elevators in a 24 story tower causing long waiting time.

Its clean, quite, the staff are so friendly and helpful. Its not my first time there and will not be the last for sure. I always enjoy my stay there.

I just booked this hotel for my family, and they had such a wonderful time! I couldn’t stay overnight myself since my friends invited me to an event in Seef, but my family raved about it. One of the best things was how clean everything was! The rooms were not only spotless but also really spacious. They had all the amenities you could need, and the staff were super welcoming and friendly. Plus, it was easy on the wallet! The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything you need while still being a peaceful spot to unwind. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Staff wasn’t pleasant and didn’t want to offer the water bottle next day or clean rooms. Also, bathroom had insects and some windows weren’t closed when we arrived was dusty

Staff is very accommodating and attentive the same time very helpful. Salute for Management for their very so oriented employees all of them..

Annoyed me the most is the key room provoke me to yell the guy in reception. Big apology for that matter. . Since we cane CARD not WORKING.

It was truly a unique experience for me. Even though I have faced some simple problems that occur in all hotels around the world, but your quick and kind intervention to solve these problems had a great impact on us . Also Your kindness and specialty character unique work style has a great impact on us And has A special effect on our souls . so for that Thank you from the bottom of my heart .As for me and my family , we would like pleased to repeat this experience again as soon as possible. To inform if need housekeeping. Usually housekeeping is a regular service but due to some issues, the hotel required tenant to inform if we need housekeeping. Otherwise the room will not be done daily.

Passable

The sofa is not clean its too old and damaged, and the washroom is stinky always no proper cutleries.

Location was ok.

Dirty, towels are old and stained. The bed is very uncomfortable. No house keeping that come the 3 days I was there. The furniture is all stained and cigarette burns everywhere. The toilet seat was poop stained and still had the sanitized wrap on it. Ewwww
