JUFFAIR BOULEVARD HOTEL & SUITES

The staff was great and the room service menu.

Excellent location, value of money, excellent staffs, overall amazing experience

Excellent service, well maintained spacious room.

The location and size of the room

No non smoking room and the bed are hard that you can feel the spring.

Staff was bad in discussion i have reserved the hotle in wrong say and they did not accept the changes or cancellation

Their behaviors

Easy access to the room and staff is amazing as usual

Loud noise, drunk people everywhere

The lounges are very loud and it’s almost impossible to sleep until they close at 3:30

The room was very large and lacked seating and loud music at night

First of all the A/C has sound it was too noisy and one lady in reception she told me if i didn’t leave at 3 pm i will charge u half day she has to flexible with the customer i ask her only15 minutes give me more

The hotel looks physically clean and well-designed. The lobby and rooms appear luxurious at first glance, and the location in Juffair is convenient and close to attractions.

This hotel hides shocking behavior behind its fancy appearance.During checkout, the manager (Shiva) illegally held my brother’s passport for 45 minutes over a fake $5 charge for two “complimentary” plastic water bottles.Even after we offered to replace the bottles, he refused and mocked us when I said I would contact the police — saying, “Do whatever you can.”We have already filed an official complaint with the Bahrain Ministry of Tourism, as this is a serious legal violation, not a misunderstanding. We spent over $3,000 on this trip during 1 day — this is not about money, it’s about respect, dignity, and guest safety.

The deposit, and time taken for checkout and deposit refund

Location is good for night life but not great if you want a quiet night in or a sound sleep

Decor in rooms is pretty basic.

Clean, near to places, and the nice hospitality of staff especially Arjay

CleanFriendly staffNice view

Noisy hotel music all the time on uncontrollable music which disrupts the sleep cycle

Partially the location

It was extremely noisy until 6 a.m. Noise coming from the other room and staff couldn't really help. When asked to move to another room, they said they were fully booked. Upon check out, wasn't even asked how my stay was.

Clean

Annoying noise coming from the club playing music even at day time. We couldn’t take a nice rest.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Juffair Boulevard Hotel, and I must say it was a truly enjoyable experience. The service throughout the hotel was excellent, and the accommodations were both comfortable and well-maintained. From the moment I checked in, the staff made sure everything was taken care of with professionalism and kindness. The facilities were impressive – clean, modern, and well-equipped, providing everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Special thanks to the management team, and in particular to the Duty Manager, Sasha or maybe I am pronouncing incorrectly- he is friend and brother . His assistance and helpful efforts truly stood out and made a great difference in my overall experience. His attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction are highly commendable. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the housekeeping staff ensured that the room was always clean and comfortable. Every staff member I encountered was polite, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to help with anything needed. In conclusion, everything during my stay was excellent. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and high level of service. Hopefully, I will have the opportunity to return in the near future.
