My stay was excellent , location, cleanleness, facilities and staff were amazing. My first choice to stay in Bahrain.

The location

The noise from the street. It was too noisy that affects our sleep all the nights. Noise cancelation must be implemented.

Location, staff, and their whatsapp service were amazing.

The vale parking has a price tag for guest and their staff were rugged.

Comparing the prices with other hotels, it is more expensive

The location is excellent, with direct access to The Avenues Mall, which is very convenient. The surrounding area is nice and easy to access.

The check-in experience was poor, with unprofessional reservation staff and a lack of proper handling. Additionally, my luggage delivery was delayed, which caused inconvenience upon arrival.

It’s easy accessibility the room was clean and comfortable and the facilities like the restaurant pool and cafe were excellent

The stay was generally fine and the property itself was ok. However, I didn’t appreciate that they attempted to cancel my booking after trying to charge the first night, even though the reservation was clearly marked as pay at property. I messaged them to clarify and they acknowledged the mistake and said it was fine, but it was still an unnecessary stress before arrival. Other than that, everything else was fine. And the view was average for what I paid.

It’s clear that this hotel has carefully selected its staff. The level of professionalism, hospitality, kindness, and generosity is truly embedded in every team member. From the moment you arrive, you are made to feel genuinely welcome, with staff going above and beyond to ensure comfort at every step. The amenities, facilities, and overall cleanliness of the hotel are impeccable.Having stayed at many hotels around the world, I can honestly say I have never experienced such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A special thank you to Mr. Ahmed, Mr. Jaafar, Mrs. Ksenia, Musa, Jaafar, and Sakhawat for making our stay exceptionally pleasant and truly memorable.

Valet parking is chargable for guests there should be atleast a special discount for staying guests

They suddenly canceled my reservation without notification I surprised once i reached hotel that they cancelled and offered me another hotel it was very bad flustered

Location and view only nothing else

StaffCleaning the room need more attention We came to hotel with 2 rooms reservation, 1 king and another is two twin bedsWe are given both same rooms in smoking floor Staff tried to force me to accept instead to help me out with a solution. There is one tissue box in the room and its in bathroom only Parking is under the bridge I an was in the 14th floor and I can here the noise of the cars and motor bikes crossing the bridge Doesn’t worth the money at all

The best mattress is little harder than other hotels.

Outdated lobby, looks like a playground

Location

Despite having a confirmed booking made well in advance, my reservation was cancelled by the hotel only two days before arrival without any justification. This forced us to book another hotel for the first night at a higher cost and caused significant inconvenience to our travel plans. Upon arrival, we were not able to check in until 5:00 PM, despite arriving on time and having a confirmed booking, we booked a non-smoking room, yet the room assigned to us had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Even after requesting a room change, we waited more than two hours to be relocated. On the second night, the bathroom drain overflowed, causing shower water to spread into the room a serious hygiene and safety concern. This experience was far below the standards expected from your hotel and caused us unnecessary stress, discomfort, and extra expenses.

The corridor was humid and has a bad smell on floor 17 The duvet filling was clumpedThe shower drain was clogged once i reach there i ask to change my room and they refuse they said the hotel is fully booked and the fixed it The next day it clogged again!!!The bed wasn’t comfy it seems old
