Gulf Executive Hotel & Residence Juffair

Rooms were well kept and spacious

I booked for the location off the map in the app and this hotel is actually 20 minutes away from the desired location

Staff we really helpful, the receptionist Sherwin try to solve any problem with your stayThanks

Didn't serve breakfast buffet

Lay out of the property and cleanness

The bedsThe beds were not comfortable and the mattress and pillows need to be upgraded

Nice and well maintained flats and building with nice views and nice breakfast too

Didn’t notice any issues major, all is fine

Loved the comfortable bed and large shower which were important for us. The entire apartment was overall comfortable with excellent WiFi, gym, parking etc. Location is great, close to entertainment and wide variety of restaurants.

None specific.

Room is big and clean

No hot water.. Electricity turned off.. Understaffed and undertrained.. Horrible service overall.

I liked the pool , jacuzzi, and the Sauna . also I liked the apartment it was comfy

I didn’t like the breakfast buffet

Everything Especially Mr. Ahmad, he was very hard worker and active and available all the time.

No thing

Staff was friendly and the place was clean and tidy And thank you montathar from reception for showing us a great hospitality and kindness

The apartment is spacious and clean. The wifi is good. The staff is friendly. There are plenty of parking slots.

The elevators are always slow to get.

Great location, very nice flat, very helpful staff.

Some hair in the shower cabin.

Ideal location for families. 2 bedroom apartments are very comfortable and feels like home itself. Daily housekeeping was very prompt. Parking is available free of cost. Easy to order food to be delivered to the hotel. No complaints at all.

Large 3 bedroom apartment with 3 bathrooms plus toilets, attached parking, very clean, equipped kitchen, good shower pressure, comfortable bed

Very poor amenities, lack of towels, you need to ask and call to get everything like ironing board, iron and hair dryer, the room closet is suitable for suites and not for long dresses, very narrow to get out of the parking lot exit,

The apartment was spacious and clean with all facilities. The parking is underground opening with the same key as the property.

The receptionist took a very long time to check in. The second day I had to call in the morning for the breakfast, and he doubted that I booked breakfast, then he said I paid for 2 only, eventually he admitted that I paid breakfast for 3.The breakfast was poor in options. The labneh was analogue, not natural. The check out receptionist made us wait until they checked the apartment. We sat for more than 15min, and he forgot about us, until I went to ask if everything is alright, and he admitted that all is clear.

Room was very spacious, comfortable and clean.

The apartment with 2 bedroom was really nice and fully furnished. The hotel is very clean and the staff is excellent..See you the next time.
