Al Safir Tower - Residence

Spacious rooms, clean and friendly staff. Specially the F&B manageress Ayomi and her team. Even the place was packed they managed the flow and assured everyone is being taken care of.

We shared a suite and only had one key. It was bit inconvenient as there were two families when using lifts.

The rooms were huge and clean. Special mention to Ms Maritess who was very attentive to our requests and greeted us with a smile.

The electric stove was outdated and it takes time for us to cook

I am staying in Bahrain during weekend at least twice a month .and i tried different decent and luxurious hotelsTo be honest, I have never felt as welcomed and spoiled as i felt in safir tower...the staff are great ,they show warm care and respect Their response to my needs is very prompt and impressive They show appreciation for choosing their property in many different waysI remember once i arrived 9 Hours earlier than chick in time .. and they let me in smoothly with no extra chargeAt safir tower i have never experienced any disturbance or any annoying calls to remind me of check out time ..unlick other places that i stayed in and that cost trippel the amount i am paying at safir tower..Thank you safir tower staff Mary and the african gentleman at the reception ♥️And all housekeeping staff who are doing a great job to maintain the place clean and comfy ♥️See u soon Nouf dous

Street noise, Zero isolation windows. Neighbors noise, curtains, dont expect to have a dark room

Room size and Hotel location

The electricity has repeated trip and they only provide one room during check in time and the other room they give me late night

Property is in prime location but the staff @ reception was rude

Staff were friendly and the room was big and spacious.

Nothing to do with hotel, but there was too much noise from outside.

Location, price, availability.It was a busy weekend in Bahrain and We were looking for a convenient place in a last minute.The hotel gave a good price for the spacious room.The bed was firm and big.

There is a hotel next to it with similar name, so don’t get confused ?

Staff is very attentive. Room service is extensive.

-Old building -Area around also looks old I felt like going 20 years back -Nothing special

- The location- Very polite housekeeping staff- The Room View- Good option for a solo traveler for a short stay and not suitable for families - Good value compared to the cheap price

- Check in process was very slow, and the receptionist wasn't friendly - maybe due to the hotel being busy - Furniture is a bit old - Walls need to be repainted properly- Too much noise

The rooms are very spacious and cleanAC is super cool which is very important during summerThe receptionist is very helpful during my staySpa is amazing

The bed mattress is a bit too firm to my liking (I prefer medium to soft) but it's not a deal breaker

The location was great and staff was very friendly and cooperative also. Rooms were sound proof and suitable for families.

The living room near kitchen the air condition vent was leaking and when we woke up the whole living was filled with water. Please try to maintain the property as it's getting a bit old and things need maintenance.

the wifi was good and Matissa, the Phillipina receptionist, was quick to resolve any issues. It was a huge room.

Initially the wifi didn't work, the phone didn't work and the shower broke - both!These issues were fixed, but the toilet spray cleaner was affected.

The rooms were good, clean and big. Staff was cordial and helpful.

Parking was not available at night time.We suggest to reserve at least one parking for one apartment.We were placed on the 3rd floor. Our room was having a hot water problem for all three days.

Spacious rooms. Good location. Good parking space.

We stayed in room 1120. Bedroom attached bathroom drain issue, outside sink water drain issue. All window pans had lots of dust. Freezer was not cold enough to keep frozen items. The A/C too cold even after increasing temperature. Pillows & bath room towels were not clean, only single towel was given for bedroom.
