The staff overall were amazing and especially the receptionists! They helped us change our booking to an upgraded royal suite very easily and the cake was an added bonus!

It was my honeymoon, and Sandra from the management made it perfect. She made our stay very special, she also made a special arrangement for us

The reception staff while checking in were not very helpful. But thanks to Sandra the issue was solved.

My stay at Royal Saray Bahrain was once again absolutely exceptional. This was my fourth time staying at the hotel and definitely not the last. Every visit reminds me why this is one of the best hotel experiences of my life.A special thank you to Ibtisam, who was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment I arrived. She made everything so easy and smooth that I honestly forgot how tired I was. Her genuine care, constant checking to make sure everything was perfect, and her incredibly fast response to any request truly made a difference and elevated the entire stay.The service throughout the hotel is outstanding requests are handled quickly, efficiently, and always with a smile. The new spa section is brilliant; it was deeply relaxing and added an extra layer of luxury to the experience.Royal Saray continues to set the bar high in hospitality, comfort, and service. I always leave feeling relaxed, cared for, and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Location, the property is luxurious and friendly staff

The location of the room where the front desk located me at the end of the floor wing, which is too far, also they assigned my room in a lower floor with disregard of my request for a higher floor. The breakfast is very limited and very basic compared with the price rate

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Royal Saray.I made a simple mistake when booking a twin bed room, and instead of offering a reasonable solution, the receptionist made the situation unnecessarily difficult, despite the availability of queen bed rooms on the app.This level of unprofessionalism and lack of cooperation is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be luxurious. I am calling today to formally raise a complaint and expect this issue to be taken seriously and handled properly.

The staff was rude, there wasn't a complimentary drink or anything in the room when we arrived considering we stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast buffet was not at par with hotel luxurious facilities and room.

We had an AMAZING experience. We celebrated my husband’s birthday on a weekend stay. Management and staff celebrated us and were on top of everything, helped me set up the suit ahead of our arrival with the most beautiful decoration. Royal saray management and team never failed us. I can’t say enough about Lynda who was with us from the first minute making sure we enjoyed every single moment, her generosity and care raised the standards for celebration and vacationing, her management is literally art!!! She provided us with unforgettable experience, Lynda gives so much of her time and energy making sure the guests are happy and that the celebration raised to the occasion, because of Lynda and her team Royal saray become our to go to spot in Bahrain. The pool staff were an instrumental part of our joy for which we are very thankful. Royal saray staff and management care about every single one of there guests which we really appreciate and we will keep going back.

The juice prices at the pool are really expensive

The staff is so polite,attentive and helpful. My stay was short & I didn’t get put of the hotel. It’s luxurious, not too busy, and had great restaurants within the same place that u can reach by a golf-car. It’s a great place for a couple getaway. Loved it, and definitely would come again.

The room was not ready on time. And the bathroom product were not enough but the service was fast when we requested anything.

The table was scratched and also they remove water and cakes and everything and they say if u want you can order

I really love the location of the hotel and the overall atmosphere. The rooms are beautiful, especially the Mansion room and the pool area — both were absolutely amazing and made my stay unforgettable

I have a small suggestion — it would be great if the pool entrance fee could be redeemable, maybe as credit for food or drinks. I think this would make the experience even better and more enjoyable for guests in order to encourge more visitors to make the place crowded.

1. SPA 2. restaurant staff were so welcoming and inviting and they want to help with everything…also the bakery and baked food were so delicious.3. How the relation staff and quality director handle the issue we face during our stay and they were so nice .4. Room are exactly like the picture

1. Rooms wasn’t so clean 2. Beach is so dirty even when there aren’t any people.3. I notice the towel around pool been used several times after each customer! “ they just fold it “4. Salad bar in restaurant is not fresh . 5. Reception staff are not helpful!! Take us 4-5 trips to get a working key . One of the staff just use his master key to get us inside the room and that it’s his idea of solving problems..
