- Very nice place to go, I was there during bikepacking trip, I got all I needed to stay and enjoy it. It was even funnier, when I discovered most of the staff is from Poland/Czech/Slovakia, so I could talk with them easily.
- Very nice facilities with pool and spa, very nice location! The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices and local products. The dinner was excellent also (expensive but worth it).
- Fantastic Alpine location with stunning views of the surrounding scenery. Very quiet, peaceful and spotlessly clean. Although we did not get chance to use them, the spa and heated swimming pool looked inviting. Great walks directly from the hotel. Good choice at breakfast and a good evening menu.

- Only gripe would be the sound of the kitchen ventilation. We could hear it from our room on the 3rd floor. It's not that loud, just a low hum.

The rooms look older than on the pictures. The hotel has a historical feeling but I would except better quality furniture for the price.The dinner was expensive, tried to be fine dinning but the taste missed harmony (it was a bit of everything mixed together).
