Pros +
- Very good breakfast; conscientious and friendly staff; great evening meal at a very reasonable price; nice bath with piping hot water; roomy balcony. Can't fault it.
- Breakfast was decent .
- We stayed just one night to visit the Sierra Nevada in summer. The hotel was lovely, the people were very friendly, and we had an unexpectedly fantastic and delicious dinner. We took the recommendation of the person who attended to us, who impressively managed the restaurant, front desk, and bar all at once, as it was low season, and it was absolutely worth it!Breakfast was included in the room rate and offered many options to choose from, which immediately gave us the impression that they are used to hosting international guests and cater thoughtfully to their preferences.
Cons -
- Wall paper needs to be changed in the room.Needs updateOwner has to be more friendly.
- The bathroom wasn't clean and smelled bad. There weren't shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom
- -Noise every night, and lack of control by the staff in the sense that there were children running around the corridors and did not let them sleep, I had to go out every night to call their attention. -Cleanliness was poor. -The breakfast buffet, even if it was included in the price, was fried eggs with bacon, for lack of any other option than industrial pastries and chopped meat.

Breakfast was nice, beds were comfortable and great location.
Could be cleaner in the room. Old and abit dated, could do with a deep clean to the bathroom tiles and grout, although the room does have character and a Spanish feel.
Great location, only a short 10 minute drive to the slopes. The Breakfast that was included was nice and had a variety. The restaurant staff were very friendly and hardworking.
DOGS!!! I am an animal lover, I love dogs! BUT, there were 3 dogs in the reception area at all times and they weren't on a lead, and when you would walk past they would bark at you. One was a pit bull and should definitely be on a lead. I felt anxious. It also made the reception area smell of dogs.
Friendly staff, good breakfast, good views, comfortable warm room
I was happy with everything
Not much
Poor service, very little attention from staff. Dogs of the owners were allowed in the public areas and were seldom controlled. No service in the restaurant and no bar facilities available at premium times.Breakfast was cold. No drinks available in the room.
Bath and shower in ensuite.Friendly helpful staffReasonable choice on menu.Good selection at breakfast.WiFi good.Warm roomBathroom with a bath
Restaurant and bar little bit cold for sitting in. Ski locker not locked. This may not be a problem for some just needs mentioning.
Location and how well maintained the hotel was for an older building.
Common areas were a little chilly, but they offered a room with a wood burning fire.
There was no hot water at the property. I could not shower after a day of skiing and it was absolutely awful. The room was freezing and nobody helped me me. We had a very bad experience

Very warm room, comfy bed.
I was charged higher price then I booked
The location is smack bang half way between the city of Granada and the Sierra Nevada Ski Village making it perfect for visiting both. (Around a 30 min drive both ways)The staff where outstandingly accommodating and even let us stay using certain facilities like the cozy fireplace after hours. The restaurant service and food was top notch and the bar is great as well as cheap. Our room had a beautiful view over the open mountains and we even saw some wild boar roaming the surrounding area.We had our scepticisms due to the 2 star rating of the hotel but in all honesty our stay at the hotel made a fantastic holiday perfect.
On arrival our toilet was wet with a hair stuck to it, however it was only water from cleaning and the hair was easily taken care of.One night the restaurant closed 2 hours before it's scheduled closing time, though given the time of year and amount of guests present I can perfectly understand not keeping an entire restaurant open for 1 or 2 tables.
Staff are very pleasant and helpful, allowed us to check in early, nothing is too much trouble. Beds are super comfortable and rooms basic and cosy, well equipped with lots of hot water. Views from the terrace are amazing! Restaurant is very pleasant with a great breakfast and plenty of variety. Lunch and evening meal menus are nice and great prices. Overall a great budget place, independent place to stay, close to the ski station with plenty of parking too. We will definitely stay again and really feel that we have found a little gem . Thank you Date of stay: December 2024
Nothing we didn’t like. Exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. A bus stop close by for the ski station would be nice but that is not in the control of the hotel
Good location, not too far from ski centre, pretty view from balcony
room was a bit cold when we arrived, it's quite dated interior but view from the balcony was good. we had a drink in the bar there was friendly waiter there looking after us. next morning though breakfast was advertised from 8am but when we got to the restaurant it was cold, dark, no member of staff around. endee up looking for anything to eat with another couple of customers with a phone torch. after 20 min owner got downstairs in her pajamas making us feel like we are inconveniently early. as I had to be at ski resort at 9am we were in a rush so I ate next to nothing and when we got back downstairs to check out yet again there was no one there. ended up leaving room key and money for the room on the reception desk as I had no time left to search for member of staff around hotel
Location
The room was very cold even though it was only the end of September but very quickly we were given a heater. But I thought that some heating should have been on before we got there, particularly at such a height above sea level. Quite chilly once the sun went down !
Money taken 2 times - Not returned!!
Money was taken from the bank card twice, the hotel does not communicate. I recommend checking payments regularly.
All was very nice. The stuff was very helpfull and smile. Very comfortable bed. It was a nice surprise that ar 10 p.m. the kitchen restaurant was open and we could sth eat. The breakfast was taste. I recommend this hotel.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a lovely quite location. We has a room that went out onto a large balcony with chairs and a table . Where we could sit in the sun and enjoy the views. The food was also really good. Nice home cooked food. Great location for walking and big carpal too. Rooms were spacious with everything you need. Great wifi too. They have two dogs that wonder around which is nice. They are very friendly.
