Pros +
- Beautiful modern hotel with incredible mountain views and stunning facilities. We booked a room with a hot tub on the balcony and private indoor sauna. It was a great option for us to use in privacy while traveling with our child. The half board was amazing. We assumed it would be a standard half board buffet. Instead it was a delicious, Michelin quality, 5 course tasting menu that changed each night + the most extensive wine list I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Everything we had was fresh and healthy. We are adventurous eaters and were thoroughly impressed! :) There are also standard options available for pickier eaters.
- Comfortable and cozy hotel, great location, helpfull staff, nice wellnes
- Wow, wow and again wow! One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! Pure paradise! They are looking for every detail from A to Z. The view is incredible and the pool and spa are amazing!
Cons -
- There were no options to book spa treatments in advanced and while there the services we were interested in were unavailable. It’s probably best to email as soon as you book your stay to confirm spa availability.
- Few small details and it will be perfect.
- The only improvement I would suggest is to serve the dishes during dinner faster. It took us 1.5 hours every night to eat dinner. Not too bad, but can be a bit more efficient

Beautiful surroundings, well designed, delicious food friendly helpful staff
The food was amazing. Lots of vegetarian options and variety. Excellent buffet and a La carte breakfast. Amazing buffet snack in the afternoon. Special shout out to Tobias who looked after us at dinner. My room was super comfortable and spacious with a fantastic view. Staff were friendly and facilities great for families but didn’t feel “kiddie”. Communal spaces well designed and spacious. Great location for ski lift. Ski in- ski out when there’s snow!
The spa treatment was not up to the quality I would expect from a hotel like this.
Amazing location opposite the gondola- couldn’t be better. Very clean and fresh rooms, amazing food and excellent service
Lounge area to the bar felt a little soulless and corporate but that was all
It is wonderfully located, immaculately clean with friendly staff, and boasts a fantastic wellness area. I recommend it to anyone seeking a perfect retreat.
