Kalkan Saray Suites Hotel

- Very Friendly staff.- Spacious room and bathroom.- 10-minute walk from the center and mini-bus station.

- Shower heating is the worst. First day was cold water. Next days, water alternating between cold and super hot.- I found 2 long hairs in the plates in breakfast.- A cat was wandering around clean plates in breakfast.- No beach towels.

Location was great, parking was available, comfortable bed, attentive staff. Good AC. Great breakfast.

I did not care for the stairs…and yes I expected that but that was the only downside.

The location is amazing, quick walk to the beach club, where you get free entry if you stay at the hotel and a 10min walk from the old town. The staff was great very friendly and helpful.

Our room 102 had a small outside space but was right next to the pool sun loungers so not private at all. And we had issues with drains or something as there was an unpleasant smell for the first few days.

The Hotel itself is very clean, very comfortable and in a great location. The breakfast is first class!It's a fantastic place to stay, but the added bonus is the quality of the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them - they are good humoured, kind, polite and courteous at all times which made our stay even more enjoyable. Their reactions to my wife's attempts at Turkish were priceless.....Big thanks to Betul, Ismail, Erol and Ata - and ALL of the staff at this Hotel!!!

There is nothing about this hotel worth complaining about. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 week stay.

Situated on the Kalamar Road the hotel has a wonderful view across Kalkan Bay. The rooms are very comfortable and clean with towels changed daily. Service from all staff was excellent.

The bathroom was a little 'tired' and in need of renovation. The fitness room was not operational.

Large rooms and balconies. Sea view. Great terrace bar/restaurant area with decent menu meaning you didn't have to wander into town if you didn't want to

The hike to the town and the beach bar affiliated with the hotel is quite steep. Food in that beach bar isn't great either (over priced and slow service)

Walking to town took about 15 minutes and was relatively flat.Breakfast was good with options of freshly fried eggs and omelettes alongside usual buffet choices.Staff were very pleasant and helpful particularly in the restaurants. We felt that possibly they could have been a bit more pro active in offering information about the resort and hotel facilities upon arrival eg a map of the town/ availability of pool towels etc but this is a minor point and they were friendly and responsive to queries.The One restaurant on the terrace offered great views of the bay and delicious food at very reasonable prices. The service was excellent.The pool and pool area although fairly small was never crowded and there was always sunbed availability with none of the early morning towel reservations.All in all, we were pleased with our choice of hotel and would stay there again.

Beautiful, comfortable hotel. Comfy beds, spacious shower. Pool environment very chilled. The staff were amazing and made us feel very welcome. Great location for walking into the town centre. Great drinks and cocktail menu.Ismail, Azra and Erol were perfect hosts - nothing too much trouble.

Great smaller hotel in excellent location for the town centre .Very attentive staff . Modern clean rooms and facilities.Would highly recommend and definitely plan to return .

Lovely small and personable hotel; all hotel team were super helpful and friendly and particular mention to Betul who helped with our room checkout. Hotel is 10 min walk into town which is far enough away from noise to have a good nights sleepLoved being able to use the Yali beach club which always had beds and umbrellas available at any time of the day.

Lovely hotel in a good area, walkable to main old town. Rooms beautifully decorated.

Not enough sunbeds if hotel is full

The hotel was in the perfect setting. 15 minutes walk to the old town, harbour, shops and restaurants. The staff and service were amazing! They were knowledgeable about the area and able to help us book excursions. The breakfast was fantastic. Azra and Gulezar were really were great! Nothing was too much for them!

The first night we arrived we received a room that had not been cleaned. The sheets were not fresh and there was hair on the bedside table. We reported this to the manager in the morning and she had the the room thoroughly cleaned. After this initial incident the rooms were given a super clean every day with fresh sheets and towels.

The location was spot on. Far enough away from main town but close enough you could walk there in 10mins either road or along the beach. Rooms were clean nicely designed and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Highly recommended. Yali beach club is linked with the hotel so free beds umbrella and towels of you wish to venture down the sea

Only a small issue nothing major - 2 water bottles were complementary on arrival which we drank. These were replenished the next day but unaware these were not complementary until we left. Luckily we ended up buying larger bottles across the street but when we ran out we reverted back to the smaller bottles which was charged at the end of our stay. If they were placed in the mini bar rather than on the side with the tea and coffee we wouldn't of assumed they were complementary.

The location was perfect for us , close to restaurants and beach clubs . The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Our bed was amazing - we slept so well. We were upgraded to a larger room on arrival which was a nice surprise. Staff were very professional and so friendly . We felt welcomed and looked after as soon as we arrived . Thank you to everyone but especially Ismael , Azra and Erol who were so kind to us during our stay and always made us smile . We look forward to returning .

Variety of suites and room styles and it was an adult only hotel. We had the luxury of staying in a private pool room and the penthouse and they were both amazing. Every member of staff from manager to housekeeping were friendly and helpful. All willing to do that but extra to make sure your stay was that extra bit special. A big shout out to Ismail for his “Edinburgh Shortbread” cocktail. He really made us laugh.

Very close to town and a short walk to a great beach club (Yali - where the loungers and parasols are free if you are staying at Saray). The hotel is maintained to a very high standard and the room was spotless. Very friendly staff - excellent service!!
