The open area quite and beautiful , clean , flower arrangement outside , big restaurant , tasty salmon dish

No house keeping , no room service , no mug for coffee just 2 paper cups, toilet paper poor quality, the attitudes of restaurant waiter he was racist .breakfast very poor

Very supportive personnel. Location was very clean, and the restaurant had a great dinner. They are also having a boat rental service, from reception getting all the needed information.

The pillows were hard and to large, being uncomfortable. TV was without an HDMI port where to be able to connect my Chromecast device.

Lovely property outside of Giethoorn, with boat rentals available. It takes 2-3 hours to slowly motor into Giethoorn which is really fun! Restaurant was very good!

We did have a flight of stairs up to our room which could be an issue for some.

The location was spectacular - on the edge of the village looking over the canal from our terrace room. Our host was incredibly helpful, funny and informative. Highly recommend this hotel for the Giethoorn experience.

Nothing to dislike

Beautiful place, verry well situated for all kind of activities. The hotel is clean, warm inside, nice restaurant, all fresh and tastefull breakfast and dinner, sorrounded by beautiful flowers, green grass, water and verry quiet, calm, relaxing. Everybody was verry nice and polite and smiling all the time, ready to help you whatever you need. The owner waited for us late at night at our arrival, he took care of us just to feel welcome. It really was a nice experience. I would go back any time! Thank you!

A cozy hotel. The location is amazing and the owners were very friendly and knowledgable about the area. Solid breakfast.

There were no downsides.

The location was great, just a 300 metre walk to the old village (they'll tell you it is 50 metres), lovely spacious room, comfortable bed, good hot water, good quality dining in the restaurant, not a bad included breakfast, friendly owner/managers, good parking, you can't go wrong here.

The only thing we can fault is when asking for tap water in the restaurant, she said that the tap water was contaminated with a bacteria and not suitable for drinking. So we needed to buy bottled water. We were also advised not to drink the water in the room without first boiling it, but there was no attempt to supply bottled water. We believe that the provision of clean drinking water, without having to buy it, is fundamental to any accommodation property.

The location, in Giethoorn was very good. Quiet neighborhood. The hotel is very cute and well taken care of by the owners. Nice restaurant. The breakfast was awesome. Be sure and take the breakfast option.
