Staff, breakfast, nice room!

No elevator. We had to climb steep stairs with heavy suitcases. It was very hot and there was no A/C. Though they did provide a fan. It was still too hot. But it was unusual and it typically doesn't get that hot in that area.

No lobby, no phone in the room so no room service, all room in the second floor and no elevator. Everybody asked check out before 10am. Bath sink drain has problem

Nice warm restaurant in the middle of winter in a nice tourist place. Excellent host.

The TV was in an awkward place and didn't have any streaming services. So I didn't use it which is probably a good thing anyway.

The hotel is clean and rooms are of good size. It is walking distance to the boat rental and the shops and restaurants. Hotel staff is very nice and helpful. We had a wonderful stay.

Minor issue about the bed. Not suitable for couple as it is a single bed, not queen or king size

The busy bus station in Giethoorn is Dominee Hylkemaweg. This hotel is one more station down, so no need to beat the crowd. The owner and staffs are also very nice to people and friendly.

Because Giethoorn is a very natural environment, so pls expect to see spider and web everywhere. Hotel keep inside very clean so no need to worry.

The staff are very friendly and the breakfast was great.

The rooms are small and a bit dated. The room was hot. The window didn't open very much and there is no air conditioning. One small complaint is that the staff gets ice cubes for the drinks with their hands instead of a scoop. I had a hard time with that.

A bit far from the village center, and at Giethoorn it seems to be far to catch or book a taxi or Bolt/uber. However, the bus stop is very near from the hotel.

temperature in the room was way too hot even with the fan working. No coffee available in the morning prior to breakfast.

The room is very clean and very close to Bus #70 & #270. About a few minutes to the village and supermarket.

We loved the location and the high quality service at both the restaurant and the hotel. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It was such a fun place to spend a night. Their bar and restaurant was great!

We have traveled a lot and stayed in many hotels so far, but this hotel truly offers a whole different level of service. With its friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and close proximity to the city center, I definitely recommend it. When it comes to cleanliness, it’s flawless.

It’s close to the village, clean, super nice ppl, good food and best of all I loved the bed and pillows.

The hotel is located just 300 meters from tourist attractions in Giethoorn. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was clean, and there is a parking area behind the hotel

The location is good, walk to main Giethoorn around 15 mins. The owner is very kind and friendly. The best one is breakfast , can choose many different kind of bread, eggs, juice, all fresh :) . That’s great.

Nothing; just wondering why some would give negative review for paying upfront.. you are paying anyway, right? The stairs might be an issue for some but the host offer you help if you would like so.
