No reception

Check-in with the automatic kiosk was quick and easy. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was great.

Parking is limited and it is a bit of a walk to shops and restaurants

Location next to the main canal attractions. Breakfast was excellent.

No elevator. Stairs will be difficult for seniors or people with big luggages.

Location, facilities, room arrangement, bathrooms everything was great.

I had requested a double bed but got a twin one :(

The location was great, and appreciated being able to park in front of the door to my room. The boat rental office was an easy walk away, and there was easy access to walking to the rest of the village for dinner. I'd classify the hotel as a budget hotel as the furnishing were very basic, but everything was very clean.

Our room was over 29 grad and the cooling fan did not help at all.

Amazing location, comfortable and cozy, nice breakfast.

The customer service never replied to any of my messages.

The hotel has good location and looks nice from the outside.

The hotel is run by people that want to maximize profits and don’t care much about customer service. There is no lobby, no lift, no luggage deposit (own risk), the rooms are tiny and poorly insulated. The promised “ very good breakfast “ was disappointing.

The worst experience ever.

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. During my time at the hotel, there was renovation work happening, including painting the walls, which caused strong smells and noise. The heat in the room was also uncomfortable, and when I requested a change, I was told I needed to pay extra.This experience did not meet my expectations, and I believe such maintenance work should not happen while guests are staying. I hope future travelers are informed in advance about such conditions. I tried to upload some photos but the application doesn’t let me to upload.

Location was great

Absolutely zero staff - everything is machine operated from check-in to check-out.Would be nice to have reception with real people to help.I'm not a fan of places where you pay to be a guest, yet there is no host at all.

The room is comfy. I like the breakfast. The price is the best part I like. Compare to others, this stay has most value for the price you pay.

However, there is no staff to ask questions and to help out. I also rented a boat. But I lost all deposit because there was an issue when I checked in the boat.

Check in was a little bit wonky with the machine, but once that was completed, all was well! I had to call the customer service line and communication was quick and clear. Breakfast was lovely with a mix of hot and cold continental options. The location was superb! So close to bike and boat rentals and 2 minutes from the main canal walking path. Just loved it.

Could use a bit clearer instructions on the check in machine. Other than that, all is just lovely!

Easy check in. Big room and bathroom. Free parking near it. Exactly in front of canal with a beautiful bridge and on the other side there is a boat rental:))

Breakfast was normal not so complete as we excepted.

Small room. No reception area . Check in using a kiosk.

Room was fine but slightly gloomy even though it had a window. In general very clean and quiet. Breakfast was good.

The location at the property is perfect. Right on that canal and easy. Walking distance to the quaint town. Lots to do in the area from riding a boat on the canal to eating out and enjoying museums. Delicious breakfast. Friendly staff and clean, large rooms with a beautiful view of the canals and hills. Plenty of free parking available.  The self check in was interesting and you receive a code to your room instead of a key. 

We were assigned nice 2nd floor rooms. Be sure that you can carry your own suitcases up the metal stairs to your room.

The room was small but clean. Good location. Not far from bus stop.

Guests have to check in by themselves at a terminal after 3 p.m. It would be good if we can leave our luggages at hotel and come back to check in when it's time. The bed was uncomfortable.

The breakfast was nice and we enjoyed our stay.The hotel's location is convenient, and the staff is helpful.Exceptional support for self-check-in.

Well located and clean.

There's no reception. Uncomfortable bed feels like plastic cushion... Horrible! Windows doesn't open... vapor from bath will be kept in room if you don't open the door which means it makes the room extremely hot... Even in winter and spring.
