- Tbe room was hot. No ac no ventilator and u cant open the window beciuse of the beesNo comunication . No reception. No one to talk to . The cooridor is dark and not niceThe pool is reLy expensive but nice
- the staff were not nice, becoz they didn’t checked that we booked and didn’t send any info about the check-in, we had to wait for an hour outside the hotel, and had to make like a millions calls to them and weren’t even picking up the mobile, we had to contact booking customer care and wait for 50 more mins and then they picked up my call, they should be more nice and they were saying that “ah you booked last time booking, and i didn’t see it “ they made me more angry ?, which wasn’t nice ,all other things were fine
