Why are weekends so short?

The apartment is super and location close to the lake too... But...

But the booking(.com) site (including the 'name-giving' of the venue) creates a misunderstanding: you tend to think that the use of the swimming pool and spa-facilities are included, and that is not the case at all, you need to pay these extra at the hotel reception. Yes, this is mentioned at on de webpage - at very the end - and repeated by the friendly owner in an sms the day before you arrive, but, i assume i will not be the only one to be misguided by the name ('Welness and Spa Apartment') of the venue. I suggest that you change this name, and just put ('Apartment close to lake Lipno'): that would be more honest.

Location, facilities, room, personnel.

Great location overlooking the lake, spacious apartment with a kitchen and a balcony. The host was very friendly and helpful. I would certainly come back

There was no special bicycle parking and you need to pay to park at the property

Owner super friendly and very easy to get the keys. Apartment big and spacious for 2, complete kitchen and almost new equipment. It has a small area outside.

Some dishes had left overs from other past renters and the hot water did not work late in the night. Also, the pressure of the shower is really low

Room was on ground floor in car park, so noisy and couldn’t keep window open fully as didn’t feel safe. Also right by the entrance so people would stand by my window and smoke at night. Daniel was not helpful about this problem and there was no one to talk to as all his communication was in messages. Also it is not clear on booking.com that this property is not run by the hotel but the advert is all photos of the hotel. This is only communicated by email a few days before arrival, so dishonest methods of advertising.

Everything was just perfect. Clean room, very comfortable, quiet, relaxing and close to the beach and the center. Easy parking, fast check-in.

Very slow, almost unusable WiFI. Very bad 5G/4G connection in the area.

It's a very nice apartment but It has nothing to do with wellness and spa other than it's located close to a spa

Everything cost extra, sure is written in an extremely long information document but that's ruining the experience a little bit

I booked a room for the family when I saw on the website of the place that there is a facility for a pool, a dining room and actual parking, the place is far from all of that and also parking, they charged money when we are in a village and not in a city with a shortage of parking spaces, the charge is only for the guests of these rooms and not for the hotel guestsIn addition, the place is far from the ski resort and requires a trip every morningDisappointing but if all of this was written clearly we would not be disappointed

Pleasant

We booked the room for a two days ski trip. One week before it, we were informed that the ski resort is closed due to the warm weather. So we first time contacted the hotel once we got the information. But the answer is NO- we can not get refund just one week before the date even they knew better than us that people come to this place in winter(early spring) mainly for ski. So we have to drive ONE HOUR to another ski resort- we don’t want to waste the money so we have to waste two hours on the way. I have a strong feeling that these people don’t want have guests constantly and continuously. One-shot business dealing maybe is their goal. And … to be continued, they even want to charge us 40 CZK more for the breakfast. Fine,compare with the room rate, it’s not a big money.

Apartment is very specious. Enough place for storing all stuff and also play & relax.Kitchen has everything one can think about and even above.

It would be nice to have closet in smaller bedroom as well.

Everything was great! The rooms were nice, clean and spacious.

Though the booking was little confusing first (multiple owners at the same resort), it all went smooth (owner reacted very promptly, solved everything quickly), all went fine. The rooms were super clean, comfortable and provided all needed ;-)

Because of different owners, there is some minor restrictions / limitations that might occur - like parking not included, breakfast has to be purchased separatelly, the wellness is not included, no discount on it, etc - but overall, becuase of the lower price compared to the Wellness Hotel, it is still very good value, mainly due to the pros mentioned.

A very well equipped room, with many cooking utensils comfortable bed, clean bathroom. I can reccommend it.

The check-in contains too many informaton and it is unnecessary complicated. The apartments are connected with the hotel, but they are not the part of it, which is a first for me. Nevertheless, when you get in the room, everything is very nice and worth the stay.

The room had a kitchen with all the cutlery and appliances you need for your stay

None of the spa and wellness facilities were included within the price for the room

The apartment was modern and nice. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of space for bikes in the hallway by the main entrance to the building. Would definitely come again.

Wine glasses weren't properly cleaned, there was a stain from a lipstick.

We rented a room. It very clean. Coffee machine, big fridge, plates glasses, cups etc. It had lots of things which may need on your travel. The TV size was great. It was beyond my expectation for the price.

Wifi signal could be better.

The room was exceptional, modern and nice with perfect view over lake. Small kitchen with everthing proveded. My kid even had huge box with toys, such amazing surprise
