The location and interior design was superb, the reception staff as well. The Sauna's and quiet room were also absolutely great.

The beds were not very comfy and looked like 20 years old with thin mattresses. The Pool was freezing cold, even in August so not a lot people used it which was too bad because it looked very attractive. Why have such a nice pool and don't heat it up to comfortable water temperature? The food was nice but we sort of had with all the Kartoffel dishes after one week. Would have liked more variety in rice and pasta or fries. Our kids's room was very basic and small at the front looking out on the road. This room was below standard, I would go for a better room

The property is located 2min walking to ski slopes, rooms are spacious and clean, the swimming pool is nice.

There is no mini bar.

Very good breakfast. Location next to ski lifts and Terme St. Katherin. However if you do not stay long public Terme are not needed. Kolmhof have own very nice SPA zone with saunas and quite big heated outdoor swimming pool. Really great.

There is nothing to mention. Even parking was close and convenient.

The food at the restaurant was delicious, the staff was caring and the location was great. You could start many hikes from the hotel, which was ideal.

I would have more options for breakfast, but it was really good.

Location , food and nice rooms with enogh space. Stuff was very kind. Food was perfect for adults and children. Really nice and good for families.

The pool is only outdoor with jacuzi inside. The teperature in outdoor pool was cold.

The selection of pastery was good. The staff was very friendly.The dinner was always delicious.

The breakfest was the same every day,food selection was poor.The temperature of swimming pool was suprisingly cold.The pillows were very uncomfortable.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to the ski lift. Very convenient when you can reach all ski resorts on skis with one entry. The hotel has a very good spa and a nice outdoor pool with thermal water.

Cozy family-run hotel in a beautiful area of Austria. We really liked the atmosphere and classical decor. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Plenty of space to park. Room was spacious, views from the balcony were very nice. Room had everything we could ask for. Breakfast was nice and fresh every morning. Structure of having the same table every morning / evening was nice. Swim-in / out pool was nice and one of the reasons we decided to stay here. Spa has 3 types of saunas to choose from and a steam bath. Kärnten Card with free access to nearby lifts is a nice touch, although presumably calculated into the price.

Dinner could have been a little better for the price. Bed had 2 loose mattresses which wasn't too comfy, although the separate blankets were appreciated. Expected a little more of the spa / pool area, it's relatively small and the indoor part of the pool could have been bigger. Temperature of the outside pool could have been a bit higher for comfort. Saunas are nice but no bathing suits allowed - we found this a bit odd, but maybe we are of a 'newer' generation. All-in-all we found the price, also considering it's the offseason, a little too high for what we got.

Thaïs IS One of the best hotel where I've been in term of confort of the room, facilities and the support of the staff. If possible I'll come back.

Very nice atmosphere, a classical Carinthian treasure box situated in a gorgeous valley with an exceptional view. The staff is very lovely, helpful, and out waiter Csaba was also really helpful and friendly with us.

Nice wellness area, great food, clean and cosy rooms, nice restaurant, excellent breakfast, very close to the lift

Bathrooms and other things partly quite old. Water in the showers of the wellness area did not get warm.

The stay on 12-18/02 was great. Spacial thanks to Mr. Csaba and Michael for their excellent service

Meals are great. Location is superb, as it is walking distance to the ski lift. You can get your ski pass in the hotel. Staff is amazing, they are very kind and helpful.
