Everything was great! Lots to do: game room, pools, playground, soccer field, basketball goal, restaurant. We couldn't be happier about this hotel!

I really liked everything there!First of all the hotel looks amazing! The breakfast is wonderful and the restaurant is also amazing.We are a gay couple, we felt very welcomed and we ate 2 dinners in the hotel restaurant just because it was so good.The indoor pool is great as well.Another thing, we asked for breakfast to go because we had to drive early in the morning back to the airport and they made us a wonderful breakfast to go! That was so nice. Also, we asked the front desk to make a call for us, asking something from a different hotel, and they happily helped. So, really, we love this hotel!

Conacul Ambient is very well positioned in Cristian, a lovely village 20 min away by car from Brasov. The food is very good at the restaurant and breakfast was delicious, good variety of food for kids as well as adults.The room (a duplex) was spacious, clean, with 2 bathrooms and a terrace. Could accommodate 2 adults and 2-3 kids. 2 beautiful outdoor playgrounds available for the kids.Overall we highly recommend!

Pay attention to the room you select especially if you have small kids - some of the rooms (like ours this time) are in a different building than the pool and the restaurant, so you need to get dressed and cross the yard to get there. We did not know that, otherwise we would have asked for a room in the same building as the pool and restaurant.The indoor pool is heated, only the lockers are cold and down a cold hallway.Heating in the room was turned on only in the evening (nevertheless, no real need during the day), so it was very hot (extremely hot at times) inside until the next morning.

We would like to say thank you to the hotel and its staff for a good holiday! The room was clean and warm, towels, slippers and bathrobes were enough for everyone, great shower gel. The breakfasts were delicious. The spa area was always clean and the pool was warm. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Thank you very much to the waiters, the service was just like at home. We will definitely come again!

Everything was great, except the sauna. I was going to the pool every day and it never was on. The staff came every time to start the heating system, but it took too long to warm up to the required temperature.

Nicu facilities like pool, spa area.Generous size of room and bathroom, decent cabin shower size.

The wifi is poor, outdated.At breakfast, ergonomy issue: the warm food pans are uncomfortable to access (height and cover), having the plate in one hand.

The location is good for families, they have 2 playgrounds and 2 swimming pools. The restaurant staff was friendly and the food was good.

There was black mold in the bathroom, the smell from it was pretty bad. We notified the reception, they seemed aware of it, but no remediation was possibile.

The place itself is nice for going with children, there is a playground, there are swimming pools. The rooms are nice and spacious. The staff is very helpful .

Despite the fact that the place is for families mainly, the menu lacked diversity, there were no option for small children meals. Prices a bit high for the food quality and breakfast was not so diverse and neither so organic. Also keep in mind that the indoor pool is not small (not so much kid friendly).

Good keeping, nice place with lot of facilities. The room is large and nice with smart TV. Two pools, sauna, playgrounds, restaurant. Family with children can not move out 3-4 days. The City of Brasov is 15 minutes to drive.

the water in the pool outside was cold, and in the bathroom there was mold in the shower cabin and the bidet installation was broken, inadmissible for a 5-star location

Everything, the outdoor and indoor pools, the rooms, the food, the staff, the breakfast. I would come again.

Missing a mini fridge in the room and the AC was not working but with a window left open it was fine at night

A bit far from Brasov and there is nothing to do in the town itself.

I was thinking if I should give this feedback or not, but I think it's good that I give it as it may lead to improvements:1. I reserved a room with 3 adults and one 4yo kid. The kid didn't have any towels, there were only 3 big towels and 3 small ones. I think the kid should have had a towel reserved, as well. 2. Service for the room needs improvement. I couldn't tell when was the time for cleaning, but assuming this is a very kid friendly accommodation, I would presume that cleaning should be done before 12.00, as many kids still have lunch naps. 3. I needed to go to reception and ask for towels twice. For some reason, the previous day before departure, we only got small towels, not big ones. Don't know why. 4. Cleaning meant only taking garbage out, making the bed and replacement of towels. No vacuuming or anything else. 5. No glass in the bathrooms for the toothbrush, no shampoo, just regular soap for both hands and hair. 6. The pool is not cleaned on the sides, as a consequence it becomes very slippery and there were many kids who were falling when walking around it. I think it would benefit, at least in the kids area, of some anti slipping covers.Considering that this is a 5 star accommodation (according to Booking - reality is that it has 5 "margarete") and considering the very high price asked for the room, I would appreciate it if the above feedback would be addressed.

Variety of choices regarding activities , the yard , the view

Extremely kid-friemdly, so many activities for the little ones. Great set-up so parents can relax a little. Very helpful staff. Good food.

The room was clean-ish, especially the bathrooms were not up to par.

The room was comfortable. The entire location is really child frindly.

The duplex had no balcony. Only a double window to the top level of the duplex.

The property, while comfortable and charming, it is by no stretch of imagination a five star property.

Most of the staff were courteous and nice, but there were one or two, who were not very welcoming.
