The restaurant was very good and has an incredible wine list with good prices for some hard to find bottles. Food and service were good to very good as well.

The room was small and felt like a motel. Sound proofing was non-existent and I could hear guests walking down hallway and every door open and shut.

Our room was so beautiful and very comfortable. A wonderful large courtyard for the Car. Madame was most welcoming and helpful. The Breakfast was also very special .

We have used this hotel on several occasions and it is consistently good. The staff are friendly and helpful and English is spoken if your French is a little rusty or limited. Rooms are adequate and clean. The terrace is an ideal place for an aperitif before dinner, which was served to us in the restaurant. The food menu choice is limited and the wine list is extensive. A limited range of wine can be bought by the glass. Breakfast is buffet style and self service with a good range of food and drink to choose from.

The staff were not attentive to guests needs on reception.Ridiculous wine prices in the restaurant. limited choice of items on the menu. The staff seemed run off their feet, rushing around. No real attention to patrons needs and no one asked us if the meal was satisfactory. We would not eat there again.

Although not reserved in advance, they prepared just for me a dish, which wasn't on the card of the day, but well on previous dates. With a smile. And delicious ! I had some idea of the wine I wished to taste. They confirmed my choice. Beyond expectations !Always available for any help, advises. Along my experience in hotel reservations, I never experienced such immediate Internet feedback always fully documented.Free parking : nice !

A minor minus point : my room was rather 'sad' (the feeling when first entering) + some noise sometimes in the water management system. Maybe because they try to reduce the water garbage...

Very nice place in a fascinating little town. Wish we'd had time to stay longer. Clean, unpretentious, did what it said on the tin. Convenient parking right outside front door.

Superb wine list and reasonably priced

We had dinner there as in previous years. However we were disappointed in the meal. It wasn’t as good as we’ve had in the past.

Large comfortable room, comfortable bed, large walk in shower. Great location for visiting Chablis. Great wine list in restaurant.

Air-conditioning not working.We have been visiting this hotel for over 30 years when we stock up on Chablis and a highlight has always been the gastronomy of the restaurant- whilst the meal was good this time we didn't feel the food met the extremely high standards we have experienced in the past.

The location was great to explore the Chablis wine area. Loved the inner patio to enjoy a glass of wine and/or champagne and the restaurant really offers an exquisite wine list. Free parking was a clear plus – but quickly occupied (for abt. 12-14 cars) and then required good skills to get out in reverse direction.

I left the hotel feeling disappointed – a considerably high price tag (plus breakfast added on top) against a fairly normal 3-star level room and a predominantly disappointing, sometimes even unfriendly service – some exceptions excluded. We arrived half an hour ahead of official check in time, got the room key on our enquiry an hour later only to find the room still being uncleaned. Breakfast meant an adequate but not abundant choice, queueing up in front of one single, very slow coffee machine and one day at 8.45 am finding all tables still full of dirty dishes without any staff around. No real drama – but all together a puzzle piece of unpleasant things given the price paid. Pity.

Staff were very friendly and attentive and the food in the restaurant was amazing - very impressive wine list as well. Very well situated to walk to the local shops where you can buy some great produce.
