It’s a beautiful hotel, quiet and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

Close proximity to things we wanted to visit. Friendly staff! Parking was convenient and the pool was great.

The shower was very very small in the red room. Also, no curtain on bathroom window facing the parking area. Maybe diffused glass would help?

The property is right next to the castle, making it very convenient for sightseeing.

The room we were given was on the lower floor of the hotel, with the windows facing a path that guests walked by, meaning we had very little privacy. More over, it opened right onto the spa entrance so we heard foot traffic throughout the day. Staff weren’t particularly concerned how our stay was.

Fantastic location. Bar on site but no restaurant. Very short staffed. Sat for 20 min hoping to get a drink but staff busy talking.

Location next to the castle with stunning views. The rooms were beautifully stylished. An absolutely lovely mix of classic style with a touch of contemporary design.

It's great that the bar is open 24/7 but the music is so loud and an unpleasant mix and allegedly cannot be altered so we swallowed our drinks escaped to our room. Breakfast is lovely, but with a very limited selection (no buffet) and they don't seem to have a kitchen, so it's a strictly continental breakfast.

The location is just 100m from the entrance to the old town, but is secluded enough to be quiet and private. The view of the castle is imposing. Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was fantastic and leisurely, and offered a good variety of options.

Nice hotel in a great location.

Spa experience could have been better. Having paid for a 1 hour massage, the masseus refused to focus on a specific area that was troubling my wife. Instead insisting that she should have booked a different service!We were given a ground floor room with what can only be described as a net curtain at best to block out the view from outside, which also happened to be right in front of the staff entrance!

Location was fabulous

The room description was totally wrong…we booked a superior triple which said 2 x extra large beds and one large bed….it was one extra large bed and a sofa bed that was tiny…The management said it was booking.com fault so I called them and they said they had not had any communication with the property regarding the room description. The manager would not budge on any kind of refund except offered only 1 free breakfast (which wasn’t brilliant compared to other hotels we have been staying in)

Great location, next to the entrance of the Castle. Beautiful well kept garden, super friendly and helpful staff, spa and treatments, they have 2 dogs who come and beg for food and they are the cutest dogs ever. Breakfast was good, private parking. My friend and I both had a scrub treatment and 100% recommend

The floor of the spa was a bit dirty and the water in spa had some dirt on the top of the water

Excellent location for the medieval city

The floor up lighters in the rooms were very annoying, we were standard rooms mind you, felt a little ‘cave like’. Clean though with a comfortable bed.

Our room was gorgeous but a little small

We recently stayed at there and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was spacious, clean, modern, the location was ideal for exploring the city and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

Unfortunately, the breakfast options were somewhat limited and could be improved.

The Hotel is extremely well positioned to the old City of Carcassone, really a stanning location.

The poor quality of the service, the low professionality and kindness of the staff, the dimension of the room, the low quality of the breakfast are all very much highly unsatisfactory points. the price was very high compared to the quality and the service delivered. Let's say that You overpay the position of the hotel and its stanning view on the old City.
