Very nice property in a walking distance from the castle. Many places to eat around, including very nice fast-food place just around the corner. Very wide choice and low prices, which you appreciate when traveling with kids. Heated (!) swimming pool! Very valuable. We took a family suit and it was huge like appartment size.

Very small room, bathroom is 50 cm from the bed. aircon is installed above the bed so that it blows in the head of the sleeping guest.

Hotel part of a chain and a little upmarket compared to other during our trip. Fabulous location and lovely comfortable and modern rooms. Staff excellent and friendly. Secure motorcycle parking in a lot across the street. Town of Carcassonne is spectacular and restaurants fabulous.

A little pricey, particularly compared to Spain (same trip). No restaurant but we knew this before booking. Breakfast adequate but again a bit expensive.

Good location, well facilities, comfort bed and friendly staff.

We were moved to their sister hotel Monmorency, a few feet away. I have stayed in both hotels multiple times before and was thrilled with the move (upgrade really) to a room with a balcony and superb view of the walls of the old city.Staff are always very accomodating and friendly.

Being moved from booked hotel. Room small. No kettle or complementary coffee and tea. It seemed that we had been bumped because our pets although the pets were booked in

Friendly receptionist, secured parking, very comfortable bed (the best mattress on our France holiday), excellent breakfast, 3 minute walk to the famous medieval Cité de Carcasonne.

Despite it's recent interior decoration, it cannot hide that this is an upgraded old style accomodation:, the small size of the room, the small stairs up to access the room and the window facing a busy traffic road. Luckily the mattress made it a good night sleep ?

There was a TV with a couch but the couch was so uncomfortable we couldn't use it. It didn't matter much but that is the only thing I would change.

A perfect little hotel, situated in a perfect location.Very clean, rooms small but very clean and comfortable.The staff are all very pleasant and extremely helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I can't fault this hotel for a small hotel it was faultless

The staff were exceptionally friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was nice and the bar area and pool looked lovely.

Our room wasn’t very clean at all. The bath had hairs and dead flies in it. The baby cot we were given was mouldy (not what was needed when we arrived late at night with 2 very tired small children). The bathroom had wet used towels on the towel drier. It was so late when we arrived that we didn’t have time to get this resolved as we just wanted to sleep but it was a let down.

The property was immaculate with a great swimming pool and bar. The rooms were spacious. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful even with my limited French.The property was very close walking distance (albeit uphill) to the ancient citadel of Carcassone.

Our suite was fabulous and spacious for 2 adults 2 children and a baby cot.Boutique style hotel with fantastic location near castle.

No choices for breakfast everybody was served same. Not ideal for Irish guests or English and certainly not for a baby.There should be options.And felt the lady that worked on second morning wasnt friendly or very helpful.The girl on arrival was very welcoming and helpful as we had to arrive quite early before check in. And prioritised getting our room ready promptly.
