The location could not be better. The views from the room were amazing. Comfortable room, clean and the staff were friendly.

The room was spacious, the food was delicious. Staff very helpful. Pool and sauna area just enough for an afternoon chill.

Location is 2km outside Dobbiaco, and we had no car. There is an occasional bus service but we were in Dobbiaco late on a very rainy Sunday night, and no taxis around. But the location is great for atmosphere and views

Dogs are really welcomed. Sometimes hotels say that they are pet friendly, but then they start with restrictions. Here they are really openhearted. Thank you for that! Personal is extremely friendly. Breakfast is fabulous. Swimming pool is best in the afternoon with sunset. And there is great view from balcony to the mountains.

An excellent location for exploring Dolomites. Fantastic breakfast and dinner, good beer!

beautiful hotel near to Toblach which is easy to reach by car. Good starting place for exploring the region.Staff was very friendly and we could still enjoy a dinner even if we arrived only 15 minutes before closing of the kitchen.good facilities with wellness complex and swimming pool.Very good breakfast with all you could wish for to eat.

the bathroom was old-fashioned and could use a little renovation, but everything was clean and functioning

The breakfast was amazing! Lots of fresh eggs, fresh food, nice mountain view from the room. There was a place to watch the Euros, nice sauna, staff were friendly and the decor of the hotel was nice

Poor internet connection

Big and comfortable room. The swimming pool was also big and very nice. Breakfast was the top!

The carpet in our room needed to be renewed and so the toilet and heaters, which were quiete old. The staff was not so friendly, I think that could highly be improved just by being kind, helpful and with a smile. Board games and cards could have been provided at the bar.

it was a very quaint and nice family run hotel. it had a nice pool and a full sauna room and the location was great with a view of the Dolomites one side and the old church the other side.

the water wasn’t particularly hot and the WIFI was non-existent. the staff showed us a WLAN username and passcode but didn’t not indicate the router name and nothing we did worked.

Everything specially the pool and sauna it is 24 hrs and the breakfast was the best the place also ???

Food was great :) we tried both breakfast and dinner and we would highly recommend them.

Mm maybe the pillows and the mattress too soft, but that’s maybe personal.

The spa installations were really nice and various, outstanding indoor swimming pool.Breakfast was good.

Apart from a single exception the staff, who, by the way barely spoke English, was not welcoming, never smiling and almost rude at times. The room was very standard, small and not soundproofed. For 120 euros a night I wasn't expecting to hear my neighbor pee.The bathroom clearly needs to be refreshed.Overall poor value for money in my humble opinion.
