Boscone Suite Hotel

This a great place wonderful views , pet friendly ,but it was the end of the season and the restaurant closed the night before our arrival , so we had to find someplace to eat which we did not , we ended up eating a sandwich purchased from supermarket, I would have liked to have been informed of this fact , My room was next to the hosts, Family quarters and was quite noisy ,TV dog ect , as for the Hotel its great I can see the attraction during the winter period , would stay bhere then without a doubt .

It’s a great location right across from the slopes. About a 5 min walk to the closest chair lift. It was clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff is nice and helpful. The room was perfect for a family.

WiFi is terrible unless you are in the downstairs sitting area.

Just a great facility, loads of space with plenty to do, nice for the option of the spa after skiing, and a drink in the bar from the slope, just perfect

Use of the spa is not included and it is not obvious until check out. We had to pay 25 euros per person per visit.

1. Animation team. The guys are amazing and we enjoyed their work. Good job, guys ?2. Breakfast is really good.3. Generally the cuisine is really great, but in case of full restaurant simple plate of pasta can take 30 min.

1.The room was dirty, with dust on some shelves and spiderweb on the lights of the bathroom (room 219).2. There were no towels in the room upon our arrivals and check in.3. The terrace door was broken, was fixed later.4. Our room was with kitchen. But there was absolutely nothing in this kitchen: no glasses, plates, silverware. We couldn't boil the water, I'm not talking about cooking. 5. There is no phone in the room. If you need something - you have to dress up (because you have to go out to arrive to the reception) and go the reception. 6. In 4* hotel there were no slippers in the room. When we asked from reception, they gave them us, but there're transparent ?‍♀️ yes, transparent and made from piece of light cotton (ON THE PHOTO BELOW).

Forniture and amenities outdated and damaged. Half of the shower door was missing and replaced by a lil curtain. The mattress/bed was very uncomfortable. The only room working in the spa was the sauna, all the other rooms and the jacuzzi were cold. Very not okay since we paid 50€ for it. Breakfast was poor.

The staff is very helpful and very friendly. The rooms are huge and very comfortable, it was the most comfortable hotel I've slept in. The nature and location were perfect.

Wonderful location, great mountain views and a nice small wellness! The reception was friendly and because one sauna was broken in the wellness we did get a nice discount and some extra time. The breakfast is also nice to wake up to.

The shower took a very long time to get warm. Also the showerhead itself was broken. Not what you expect from this type of hotel. We also reserved the wellness with friends, but the jacuzzi was set to 33 degrees which was too cold for us.

The quality of the food (breakfast and restaurant) is very poor.Our bed was extremely uncomfortable, one of the worst beds I have ever slept in. The sofa bed was way more comfortable.

Excellent service very frindly could not do enough very welcoming. room had all amenitys it very clean and very large room breakfast also very good. definity go back again and would recomend to anybody.
