Nice hotel, big rooms and comfortable beds. Spa is super good, but you have to book it and it cost around 20eur for 2 hours per person

But it is almost nothing to do around :)

One of our best hotel experiences. We stayed during christmas and they did everything so well from amazing rooms, free upgrade for our family, great bar and food, free cocktail seminar, santaclause said hi to the kids, kidsclub all day and so fun for them. I would come again and again.

Pillows are very uncomfortable, terrible coffee, average breakfast, no sound insulation in rooms.

The staff was great; always happy to help with a smile and orient us when needed. Good food selection at the buffet.

Our room was large, but near the loading/unloading area AND the exhaust fan of the kitchen hence it was both very noisy early in the morning and smelly - our room smelled heavily a mixture of fried food and truck smoke when we arrived. Still in the room, the whole room was dirty and poorly maintained with stained walls and leaky pipes. We had three other rooms in our booking, all with similar issues. The thermals weren’t real thermals to our opinion and the only accessible pool wasn’t warmed properly. Last but not least, the whole layout of the hotel was mildly confusing.

Great rooms, with very good price. Amazing breakfast. Nice spa. Large family rooms with kitchen and plenty of space. Two bathrooms. We liked it.

The family pool, despite having a cover, had very cold water and was hardly usable for us. It was advertised as heated, but this was not so much the case, and difficult to get in.Additionally, considering the large capacity of the hotel, the available games and recreational facilities were quite limited. For example, there was only one snooker table and one ping-pong table, which was almost always occupied.Finally, for a 5-star hotel, it was unexpected that some game machines required a €1 coin to operate.

Good swimming pool. Free electric at charging. Half board “à la carte” was nice.

I missed the dinner buffet…. in a next time

Lovely property - the spa was fantastic and the staff in it were very friendly and helpful. They take GF seriously which was great for my friend with celiac. The breakfast was very good with a lot of good options. Clean and modern with many nice seating areas and beautiful Mountain views.

The hotel is a bit confusing to get around as it is built down a hillside. The restaurant staff were poor and inattentive we had empty drinks for quite some time until we asked and had to actually get up and track down our server for our bill long after our dishes and decline of dessert were done.

Very nice and spacious room, very convenient, excellent breakfast, exceptional spa. Highly recommended.

Nothing much all was well. The distance to activities was far. Better rent a car thank taking taxis.

Exceptional facilities. Service was amazing. Far beyond expectations. Pedro, the Service Manager, gave us a detailed personal tour. Lydia, the receptionist was truly outstanding!

This was a wonderful property to escape to after the hustle and bustle of Lisbon. The meals and beverages were more than sufficient, and I would highly recommend the all-inclusive package. With that package, you basically have food and drink available to you at all points of the day. The crown jewels of this property are truly the gracious staff and the sensorial spa. If you are looking to do activities in the area, the hotel can help schedule with their external partners. We had a very positive experience, and I would both recommend and return to this property.

Amazing service! The reception staff were incredibly welcoming, even taking time to show us to our room despite our midnight arrival. Breakfast was busy, but the staff handled everything smoothly. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the pool was a great bonus. Everyone working there was wonderful - truly a great experience!

Shower head felt outdated and uncomfortable, could use an upgrade.

The best part is the kids’ club, Our kids go there to play, and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is great.
