Modern and spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Easy to find using Google maps.2 restaurants close by, but very limited for a vegetarian. Great staff. Good parking.

Rooms are very small. Just enough space around the bed to get in and out. Modern bathroom with small shower. Towels are small and very thin.

Good secure parking. Excellent restaurant La boucherie next door.

Awkward access to shower for less agile guests.

The bed and pillow were comfortable and the breakfast buffet was ok. Good parking and WiFi. 24 hour reception and the staff were pleasant. Clean and seemed in good repair.

Room quite small and decoration very basic. Poor soundproofing.

For a budget hotel, this is one of the good ones. The staff were excellent and very pro active. The hotel was close to our route through to Spain and conveniently placed. There is a secure car park at the rear, perfect for motorcycles. The hotel itself is well kept and not at all shabby, I would happily use this hotel again.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. This is a good budget hotel which works well for an overnight stop.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Also was very clean. They changed our room to our ground floor as we had a dog and my partner is on crutches.

Great place, ideal location, used as a stopover on our journey home, close to motorway. Very clean and comfortable and friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Lovely sized room, complimentary drinks and biscuits in the room. Secure parking, close to a few restaurants and good breakfast in the morning, would definitely use again.

Asked for ground floor which was confirmed, when we arrived we were given room on 2nd floor.. very dark.. also supply of tea and coffee was enough for one person, I asked for more at reception and was given 3 small milk ! After travelling from Calais to Bordeaux all day did expect a little extra, staff not very helpful

Well located, just off the ring road. Good, secure parking. Very friendly (and tri-lingual) reception staff. Bus stop for Bordeaux centre a couple of minutes walk away. Two steak house restaurants next to the hotel, for those not wanting to go into the centre of Bordeaux.

The window in the bedroom was poorly fitted or poor quality and was very draughty.One of the two soap / shower gel dispensers in the bathroom was totally empty.

We have stayed in other Kyriad hotels in Biarritz & Tours but for some reason this was €40 more for same style room didn’t think it warrants the extra cost

Was very clean and the staff were great. Located a bit out of town with an irregular bus on weekends but we knew this when booking. Overall a lovely stay.

The breakfast was quite expensive for what it is but I guess this is normal for budget hotels.

Nice location and nice looking hotel, Great Beef Restaurant next door serving excellent steaks cooked to perfection ???Had a battery problem with the car which was sorted out by the Staff who were so very helpful. Excellent staff throughout……… Thank You ?????

Beware, the hotel stated that 3 of our bank cards wouldn’t work despite us using one later for dinner. They want cash, presumably so that they don’t have to pay a commission to the card companies. Sharp practice!!!!!

Bad information of the hotel

In the information of the hotel was told that there was airconditioning. But they did not put it on before may first. So it was extremely hot in the room and opening the window was not a good idea next to a freeway.

The room was very nicely furnished and comfortable. Good soundproofing, we were next to the lift and didn't hear it. Free parking outside and for security the gate was locked at 9pm/2100 but you could access with room key. Restaurant (La Boucherie) right next door, which had a wide range of choice and we had a lovely meal. A great thing about this place is the location, next to the Rocade (ringroad) with easy access from and back onto it again. Great for an overnight stop on your way to the south/north.

The room was very small, not ideal for someone with a normal size suitcase, but if you just had travel bags it would be fine.

The location was convenient, the bed was really comfy, the staff was very kind.

The room was a bit tight, not much space to put the luggage without tripping over it.

Excellent location only a couple of minutes from our route back to UK with restaurants close by so easy to have dinner. Plenty of parking and reception staff helpful.
