It was nice and clean

The bad was very unconformable (too soft). The staff was polite, but somehow it seemed to be "forced".

Friendly staff, only place you can ding in obersaxen

Hotel is very old and what you get for value of money is not so great.

- The view from the room and the big balcony- Staff was very friendly- Bike storage

- bathroom might need a refurbish soon but was very clean and functional

The rooms are of varying standard. My room was perfectly ok, but on the simple side.

Nice room with a balcony with a great view to the Rhine Valley and surrounding mountains. Restaurant was a great experience, almost gourmet-like. Breakfast served at the table was also very good.

Room was very simple equipped but did meet my basic needs: a place to sleep after a long day at the road.

didn't have a kettle in the room for tea and coffee (appreciate this is common for European hotels though)

Great service, real friendliness, really good location close to the ski slopes, great breakfast ... beautiful apres-ski terrace and exceptional restaurant & dinners

Everything was great ... if we had something to comment was the closeness to the villages church and the bellse sounded really loud during eastern, but that is what makes a village a village, so no complain.
