La Val Hotel & Spa

From the moment we arrived, we felt really welcomed and were even given an upgrade to a spacious room. The spa was beautiful with the outdoor jacuzzi being a favorite. We also loved the little touch of free sparkling water in the hall fridge. Slept like a baby too!

Very nice Hotel, lots of detailed decoration items, wellness area very clean, quite and everything was working well. Wellness is not large but it has everything one needs for a 3 day stay.

I find the prices for Dinner high. Well, the meals are well presented and well cooked. But still, the prices are rather high (also for swiss people)

Literally everything was perfect: the staff, the food, the facilities, the room.... every detail matters and you just feel at home immediately. Thank you to all at La Val... we enjoyed it (once again) and will definitely be back!

In the middle of nowhere, there is the paradise on earth. An hotel in the center of a beautiful village surrounded by magnificent mountains. Haven of peace where everything is settled. Very warm welcome. You immediately feel at home here. The staff is very kind. The rooms are beautiful. Mountain style decoration with a little modernism, it's very cozy. The garden with the chairs around the SPA and the swimming pool is beautifully maintained. The restaurant's menus are incredible and you can have one of the dishes as “ à la carte” very appreciating . The food is excellent. This small hotel was a stopover on our trip. A coincidence which makes things good because we will come back ?. We love this place. So quiet. Very nice hikes with free tickets from the hotel.

Possibly there could have been more variety in the entertainment provided. The multi-instrumental pianist was good but there might have been some music style changes...something a little quieter for dinner, perhaps.

It is a dog friendly hotel, it was nice seeing them around.We ate at the hotel daily, food was yummy.They took care of us as we were celebrating our second mini honeymoon and they offered us a small cake and chocolates with a hand written note.Room service is done twice a day which is coolThere is an underground garage for cars.Spa and staff were amazingThey provide you with water in the room, coffee and tea, hiking backbag and umbrellas.

It was flies matting season so they were everywhere.No AC at the facility which I understand as mostly you open windows but no nets on windows as well and thats why we ended up with a spider in the room on the last day

The spa is outstanding, worthy of a 5-star hotel! They even expanded the infrastructure compared to our previous stay with the addition of three outdoor bubble baths. The restaurant is also amazing! We particularly enjoyed the breakfast and we had a really great time every evening, we tried all desserts and nearly every meal on the menu, and we weren't disappointed once! Breil is also super charming, with some really nice local products.

Our room was in the main building and it could get a bit noisy in the evening (only if you want to sleep very early, though). Value for money is okay, but not great, especially considering that Breil is a very charming, but very small resort.

Top massage from Paul, great cosmetic treatment from Susanne, top staff, great food, nice smokers lounge, beautiful room.

Although the hotel is good in general, it is totally overpriced for what it delivers.
