Best Western Parkhotel Brehna-Halle

Nice hotel, nice staff and good food.

A minus was that the restaurant couldn’t provide a doggy bag for the tasty (big) meal that we had some problems to finish.

Good location, close to highway, and lots of parking

Everything was ok except for the lighting in the room. upgrade to led lighting.

Connected rooms were good, parking excellent, just opposite outlet centre. Will return when needed.

There are dangerous low balconies in hotel - for safety of small kids they shold be much higher. Made my kids scared to walk to our room in 3rd floor.

Cleanliness

This time I skip breakfast as it's not worth the price (supermarket low quality mass produced food). Prefer McDonalds being better option - sorry.

Old tube lights that made smoke when we were in the room. There was no fire alarm and we had to insist with the staff to get another room. The smell was toxic and unbearable.

Rooms kind of outdated and dusty.The shower curtain had what looked like dried blood stains.Incredible unprofessional staff in the restaurant.We chose the hotel because we needed to have a restaurant for the dinner. After 45 minutes we were told it will take another 20 minutes so we left without getting any food.

Nice hotel with big spacious rooms and bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable (twin room). We had a good night's sleep. Even though the kitchen was closed on Sunday evening, the receptionist was very helpful and ordered our dinner from a local pizzeria and delivered to the hotel. The food was excellent! We had our dog with us and there was a nice walk around in the grassy area so we feel confident to book again in the future.

Quiet location close to the motorway, plenty of parking space

The beds were not too comfortable, the rooms are not soundproof so the noise from adjacent room woke us up at 5am.

Lovely dinning room area with a comprehensive selection of choices to suit all requirements.

The service provided by a small team throughout our stay was exceptional. From reception, chef to cleaning team.

A rather small choice of foods for breakfast

Hotel is close to the highway which was very important to use. It had a parking space in front and reception that was working st 22:00

We had to pay additional 15€ euros for two doga. We would prefer to be informed about additional charges and amount before booking.

A comfortable hotel when travelling on the A9 motorway. Hotel next to a shopping center, completely quiet in the evening. Big and convenient parking. The inside of the hotel is interestingly designed, especially the lobby. Classic clean room with comfortable beds. I recommend.

Close to the highway and close to a grocery store. Calm area. Family room with door between rooms. Friendly staff.

Great location just off the road, polite staff, clean

Had to pay extra for car park. It was huge and empty, 20€ a night just for this was a bit of a surprise. Could have parked up the road for free if I knew that.
