A great location, very close to castle and river, and not on river to hear the buses. Natalie at the desk was wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable, and fun. The room/bath was very, very clean. Their breakfast offered a lot of items, although we didn't partake. Great restaurants across the street, La Petite Tonnelle was amazing!! and reasonably priced

Great location in the heart of the 'Plus Beau Village' of Beynac on the banks of the Dordogne. Extremely helpful host, Natalie, provided advice on parking and the best places to visit. Boat trip on the Dordogne and a visit to Beynac castle proved really worthwhile.

The hotel restaurant (100 m down the hill) was below expectations however, La Petite Tonnelle was closer and far superior!

Staff were very friendly and helpful! Nice breakfast, great location.

Shower glass panel can be bumped, which allows water on the floor - be careful.

Right in the old village. Host was welcoming, v helpful (safely stored our bicycles, recommended restaurants and interesting sites nearby, wonderful humor). Excellent, plentiful breakfast.

We were worried the hotel office would be closed when we arrived much later than expected. But the door code and room key was waiting for us. Very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast.

Staff was superb, breakfast was very good and a great value.

Bathroom was TINY. And I mean TINY. Toilet seat is literally 2 inches from the wall and 1 inch from the shower.

A really nice relaxing stay in charming hotel with genuine friendly staff, nice clean airconned room. The breakfast was very nice we both struggled a bit with the largest croissants we have ever seen!! A nice central location for visiting many places of interest and the views are magnificent, hope to return. Thankyou Hotel Pontet

I liked everything about it. If I had to mention any detractors I would say the rooms are small (not a big deal - we just need a clean comfortable bed and clean functioning bathroom. Also, parking is about a block up the road. The hotel has made an agreement so that their patrons only have to pay 5 euro/day.

Small room and the shower is tiny, no tea or coffee facilities in the room but it's clean, comfortable, the staff are friendly and you wont find a better village to stay in. Stunningly beautiful amd the hotel is situated in great location

There was nothing I didn’t like. It might be nice to have a kettle for tea or coffee in the room.
