We came in late and with the automatic check in, which was easy, we easily found our room

In the morning the breakfast was fine, the staff was okay, but did not great us or talked and asked about our stay

Easy to find, close to the highway, parking lot, quiet, easy digital check in, good breakfast with all what is necessary

Small rooms

Hotel was clean and quiet. Automatic check-in. Near to the highway. Perfeck to stay for the night and then move on. Free parking lot was wright next to the hotel.Extra pillows would be nice?

Rude staff. The place is difficult to find using the given address of the hotel. To have breakfast you have to be up at 7 am. No kettle, no hair dryer.

Good place to take a rest during a road trip - close to motorway, clean, quiet and with reasonable price. There are no keys, entrance is available by the code individually assigned.

misunderstanding about the reservation

The location is good, but for some reason our booking was cancelled upon arrival and it was explained that it was because we chose to pay on site. Upon arrival, the receptionist was not willing to explain the situation, so we had to pay more for the rooms. The floor of the room was not very clean.

This is a simple B&B type of hotel. Clean, quite comfortable while a bit small.

Weak acoustic separation between the rooms. you can hear music and conversations from neighbors.

That dogs are allowed, and the people who work there, very nice

The system of check in with the nr of the room sending by e-mail was very stressful. At 1 a.m I was waiting wandering if there was a correct email. The phone didn't answer first, then the nice lady answered and helped me a lot.

The car charger wasn't working. It was new and not connected yet. There was no sign. I was trying for 15 minutesWe arrived late. We did not received the access code to our rooms. I had to call and wait before receiving a code.

very small rooms, no elevator, rather average breakfast and very poor WiFi in the room. Cleaning service should make thier job in a better way

The checkin device did not have the correct i formation about our stay - that ir was already paid

This is classic bad and breakfast hotel, we loved this network before

THEY CHARGED US TWICE, ONCE THROUGH THE BOOKING AND ANOTHER TIME THROUGH KIOSK, when we came to discuss it to the reception desk in the morning, the manager was RUDE and said that doesn’t know anything about the booking and we need to solve it with the platform

No soap in the shower, the window was open and temperature at less than 10 degrees

I have arrived very late and I expected the 24 hours check in.

The check in machine destroyed my credit card. I could not enter the room. Spends a lot of the time on the phone to get into the room. Dissaster ?.

Easy access from the highway, quiet, clean; Everything we needed for our one night stop along the way.

At night the check-in is fully automatic and there is no staff to help if needed

No hot water on 1 of the days I was there, constant noise during the night of water running, electric charger not working, snack machine broken

Hotel was ok, simple,but ok

We booked the room incl.breakfast. When we arrived, on the desk we paid for our stay incl.breakfast. In the morning / 7.00/, there was no personal, the desk was cloused, the breakfastroom was closed... no breakfast prepared. We went back to our room to wait half our , maybe will be breakfast little bit later?. But after one our was the same scenario. No personal, no breakfast. But money was accepted. Bad experience

Easy check in. Good value for money.

Vending machine was out of order and there was no place in neighborhood where to buy some water etc. ??‍♂️

Didn't get much of an opportunity to judge, could gain access to the rooms.

The self service check -in was an absolute disaster. We arrived after the recption closed due to hold ups enroute from Calais. We managed to complete the check-in at the front door and paid for the rooms. The door codes issued failed to work, so the rooms couple not be accessed.Two emergency numbers were provided by the front door. One just went to an automated message which failed to connect to any customer service rep. The second did connect to someone, obviously asleep in bed. They attempted to change the rooms and access codes remotely, but after trying several different rooms, said that they could do nothing more, and suggested finding another hotel!!!!Staff would be on site from approximately 0545l, but at it was already 0300, we found a Marriott hotel, with a manned reception close by.We returned in the morning to request a full refund - I'm awaiting to see if this is carried out.

Location just off motorway. Staff very helpful. Easy walk to village centre

Don't take your cat as there is no room to swing it in the room. Crazy loud alarm went off at 0530
