No wifi & no Ac in room and reception, worthless service and expensive for nothing, really disappointed and will never go back again even for free.

Only the bed was comfortable

Location and the view

There is no coffee in the room and no water

Beach was at the hotel front door, Food was very great and very varied, exceptional waiting services Reception Manager was at care and very approachable and welcoming, friendly and made everything requested possible and acted fast. Restaurant staffs and cleaner very sweet and went extra miles making our stay enjoyable. We had a very nice time and great memories and will be back to this hotel.

Spa staffs unhelpful, terrible service and arrogant. We had to wait ages for treatments they seemed at care more with the gentlemen than the ladies…Terrible air conditioning not powerful enough in communal areas and rooms. The rooms could do with a bit of refreshing.

Swimming pool and beach

No mini fridge in the room, No water offered in the room, Noisy area at night with the neighbour having night party.The family block is adjacent to private neighborhood’s residence with open air party every night. Not fun for sleeping.

Did not like the hotel at all.

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel AT ALL. The room did not meet my expectations at all. The service wasn’t good. The room service never answered the phone. The room was very old and dirty. I don’t recommend this hotel if you want luxury and cleanness. The WiFi did not work in my room! The employees acted annoyed when I asked them for something.

The location was ok, the room is large and with nice view.

The food not good.Old furnature, The staff are so stressed. I experienced some discrimination, and was lucky to meet the director of the hotel by chance and talked to him, but his answer was not professional !! We were there 3 families and 2 friends and we all decided not to visit it again.Too noisy. More as 4 stars hotel not 5.

The personal staff are very nice and friendly

There’s no wifi in the room and they charged me for my 2 years old daughter 230 Dinar, even in booking they said under 4 years are free

The Staff and service were good, the food acceptable.

The room wide but fournitures and water taps are in ruins, equipments and 5 stars fournitures are non-existent.I would rather say this hotel is very old and should be degraded to 4 stars max.

Reception area is beautiful and the staff is very helpful and nice.

The Air Conditionner was broken out of order and did not work. There was very loud music until 11 pm.Missing sheets in both rooms we booked.When we complained about the AC not working at the reception, we were told that the AC will operate on June 15th and that it was too early now. The temperature was around 30 degrees Celcius and it was humid in both our rooms.Despite the efforts from the maintenance team to fix the AC, it still did not work and made our stay very uncomfortable. The rooms were extremeky hot, loud because of the loud music until 11PM.Also the toilet flush was continuously draining water and making noise. This was fixed by maintenance but was broken again the second day.We also booked thalasso therapy packages for 3 people. There was ZERO communication to us about how this worked. They guided us to the hot steam room and never told us that they will be back or that someone will be with us. Zero communication.The AC system is very old from 1995 and the rooms have only one power outlet.Overall this is a very old hotel, bad AC, Very loud. Definitely not worth 5 Stars.

Absolutely gorgeous! Staff were wonderful- very attentive. Food was great and a good variety. Particularly enjoyed my hammem experience ...so lovely x

The omelettes and bambouloni were fantastic. The staff was lovely. It's a great value.

The paint on the balconies was chipping away, we could hear kids running down the hall late at night. The beach was really dirty and hardly accessible.

Spa, food, and pool excellent. would happily take my family there once they arrive. will hope the price will stay resenable

The staff is very kind, the animators are giving their best. The food is delicious and various.

The only thing I would mention is that the furniture/the hotel itself is old and in some places damaged. Honestly, I would not consider it as a 5-star hotel, but all in all was a good holiday.

Hotel by the beach, there is a restaurant open more or less at any time of the day (or night), and there is an arcade room!

The beach "closes" at 6pm (meaning you either go back to the hotel before that or you get locked out at the beach without the possibility to get back in). Food is not five stars but fine for a beach holiday.

The structure as you enter looks fine, then becomes apparent to be rather old. Nice swimming pool area, and near direct beach access. I wish I could write up about more positive things, but I'm afraid that's it. I noticed some areas dedicated to kids.

I went to Mahdia to visit my inlaws and I booked a room just for myself. My wife was prohibited to approach my room, even to help me with my luggage, as they assumed her to be an escort....yep, no visitors allowed in your quarters as they assume you're bringing in escorts!! Of course there's no mention of this before the payment or in the booking conditions.The staff is from unprofessional to plain rude and disrespectful.I've complained several times about the wifi not working and every time they came up with a different excuse, saying it'd be better tomorrow. I did not managed to use a single minute of it.Quality of breakfast is very poor and service is worse. I had dinner once at the restaurant, a pizza. I left it there entirely, horrible.
