the timing of the messages for the automated check in could do with some finessing and maybe a photo guide but the location and room were so lovely.

The Hotel is most comfortable in a most beautiful location at the lake shore with an owm swimming placee, Beautiful large garden. Uthe Hotel seems ti come to life after Thursday for the weekend. During our three days check-in was online with room keys with a code in a box to get to the room. Apart from the charming lady to serve usva beautiful breakfust we only saw anothe lady to collect some extra payments fir two minutes.?Otherwise there was no further staff in the Hotel and the few guests were left to themselvesin this beautiful Hotel with the beautiful location at the shore of the lake in the city of Bad Saarow. Perfect quiet relaxation!

There is no information on booking.com or on the website of the hotel that there is a night club on the same parcel, exactly in front of the entrance of the hotel. On Friday night we heard the music and the bass sound until late at night. Far from perfect in general, even worse when travelling with 3 months old baby.There is no 24h reception at the hotel so there was no one to complain about the situation, no one picked the phone in the evening and the staff member in the morning did not speak English.

Amazing location and beautiful property. There are stunning views from the balcony, almost feels as though you're in the French Riviera if the weather is right. The reduced fee for SaarowTherme entry was a nice surprise

The bottom of the rattan cover pot had mold on it. After communicating this to staff, there was no response. Additionally, although we had paid for the additional SaarowTherme fee already, there were issues upon checkout with the system and the staff present was unable to resolve it. The previous guests also had issues checking out

Very beautiful small boutique villa with a family atmosphere. Well looked after garden right on the shore of a large lake with private access for swimming or canoeing. Good selection of restaurants, cafes and bars as well as modern luxurious Spa with wellness facilities in walking distance. Perfect base for water sports, hiking and cycling.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. It's cozy, comfortable, and welcoming, and it really felt like a second home to us. The area for breakfast is like a giant warm living room, with a nice space for winding down, an "honesty" bar, and games for all ages. It gives on the terrace, which itself gives on the lake. We were there with our 18-month old who had a blast. The staff has been wonderful with us, and especially with our baby, and we felt really well catered for! You can reach out to them via WhatsApp at anytime when needing something. The breakfast is tasteful and made of local and fresh products. With them, you can have a 20% discount on the entry price at the Bad Saarow Thermes, and they will provide with bathrobes and towel. We really loved our stay and we will definitely come back!

Unfortunately every Thursday to Saturday nights there are concert/parties in the Orangerie which is just in front of the entrance of the hotel. When I arrived at 4pm it was an heaven of peace but then later when I came back from the restaurant it was very noisy in front of the hotel. Fortunately my bedroom was on the other side and I didn't have to open my window. I wonder how it is in spring or summer times.....

Beautiful small hotel, friendly staff, great location

The hotel is located directly on the lakeside, offering beautiful views. There are places for outdoor recreation. Nice grounds. The room is comfortable and clean. Breakfast is tasty and plentiful.

The staff at the front desk is not there 24/7. The reception girl programmed the electronic key by mistake for one day only. In the evening of the second day we could not get into the room (the key triggered red color and did not open the lock). Had to try pretty hard to find help after 8pm. On the phone the answering machine said I was calling after hours, no one answered emails. With great difficulty I managed to find contacts and get through to a member of the kitchen staff. She came and kindly helped us with the key. About an hour of my vacation time was spent doing this. I was almost late for dinner (kitchens in restaurants take orders until 21.00).
