- The ‘welcome’ : having called the hotel and asked did they speak English, twice someone hung up on me. Trying to call back was pointless. Overall feeling of not being welcome there. If people want our money, or not, they should decide whether they open to foreigners or only Austrian tourists. Save us all the unpleasant experience.

Terrible owner!-didn't want to pay by credit card because she had to pay an extra 5%, she almost had to pay either in cash or with EC-then 10 cents for the city map which is free in all hotels everywhere -super arrogant, unfriendly and RACIST! No feeling of welcome at all. - I asked in writing two days in advance via message for a quiet room not facing the street, which is exactly what she gave me. When I asked her to give me a quiet room facing the garden, she wanted to sell me a higher category for 2 people even though I'm only 1 person. Only 8 qm Room for 60 EU in BOOKING far from the center on foot is 15-20 minutes Located directly on two streets, NO ONE would recommend this accommodation! THE VALUE OF FRIENDLY SERVICE AS A NON-AUSTRIAN! TERRIBLE AND THIS IN 2024 Either this family does this business without a heart or they are safe without a heart. That really put a strain on my evening there, even though it was a great spa with a great big spa in the center of the town

Breakfast was very good, large variety of food, coffees and teas. In the hotel there were a lot of water colour paintings - in my room and in the corridors. The staff was very friendly and helped to solve my problem (not related to hotel work).
