Large room with fantastic view.

Location and rooms were wonderful.

Little to do in town but the area had lots to do. Good restaurants, hiking, bike rides and relaxing by the Rhine.

Great location. Nice modern rooms. Overall good size shower. Nice breakfast.

Interesting check in experience. Steep small stairs to get to the rooms. I guess this is to be expected in an old building such as this.

Breakfast was great. The dining room was a great size so easy to find a spot. Loved the old world charm of the place and the location.

Getting in and out of the tub for a shower was a little tough.

Their rooms were very unique and had been updated very comfortable

The hours were something that needed to be worked around if you weren’t included in a group.

We loved the location in Bacharach and the lovely town of Bacharach, the individual parking garage and the comfortable hotel room. The breakfast was great too. We happen to be there when a Rick Steves group was there as well.

It was fantastic, how could it not be. Beautiful place, beautiful town and clean and comfortable room.

Um well I liked everything, but if you take a garage spot you’d better be a good driver. Very tight. I recommend backing in. Also the garage door swings up instead of rolling up so be sure not to park next to it or it will damage your car.

The location. Cleanliness. Breakfast. Receptionist very helpful.

It was very lovely and charming. Close to nice restaurants. The breakfast was delicious.

Our larger rental car did not fit in the garage by the hotel. We had to park it on the other side of the highway.

The way the rooms are numbered based on their locations are a bit confusing at first but you get the hang of it.

Room was larger than most and had AC. Breakfast was very good. Walkable to all sights.

Staff was flexible to check us in personally even though we arrived a little late. Its a cute romantic and well managed hotel. Breakfast - which is important to us - is exceptional.

Nice hotel in the heart of town. Interior was modern mixed with the historic, which was well done. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and was the best one that we had out of all of the hotels on our trip. We parked in a private garage (single) which was the last one available at the time of our check-in. Parking is available along the main road also. We would stay here again.

We were there during a hot period, uncomfortably hot. Our room did have air conditioning that was not effective at all and it was controlled by the hotel. It was hot and the air was still until after midnight. A fan or ceiling fan would have been a perfect solution to this problem.

Great location and breakfast. We had a room on the top floor and it had amazing views.

air conditioning blew hard but only on one spot of the room, so the other side of the room didn’t cool well. We were on the top floor which was the hottest of all the floors so just a heads up -if you don’t mind that then the views on the top floor are great.

Be aware, the comfort room is 4 flights of stairs. The ac temperature was locked for our room. It was too cold. We called and asked how to unlock the remote so it wasn't so cold but they never responded

We couldn't stay longer. But I'd gladly come back!
