Friendly receptionist phoned in advance to request our ETA. In the meantime l requested for a quiet room which she promised she would book

When we arrived in the afternoon the reception was closed, luckily we could check in through the outside computer, only when l checked the room l found out that the hotel is being renovated, stairs taken out and my room could only be reached through a narrow balcony no more than 80cm. Extremely dangerous in case of any calamity!

Cheap overnight stop next to auto route.

Noise. Not the hotels fault, but many guests were very noisy following their Saturday night out and shouted conversations continued until about 0300.

The bed was clean

The building, especially the concrete stairs was falling apart. The matting along the outside corridors was dirty, but most of all, this was around mid September at the foot of the Massif Central at Clermont and there was no heating for the cold morning at all or the evening. It was raining and quite cold and premiere classe says the room includes heating but the manager said that doesn't come on until early October. We were sold the room under false pretences and we were cold.

Close to motorway, cheap and cheerful, had air-conditioning, we just needed a place to stop and sleep en route to salon from England.

It was definitely too small to stay and move in the room. It was dirty and toilets weren’t clean and our arrival. Bathroom felt in pieces and a gum was sticked on the wall. Noisy. I wasn’t expecting a lot but that was really too much.

Easy to find apart from extensive road tram works. Has new charging points in the parking area.

Good location . Very reasonable price. Convent for an over night stop .

Little bit shabby . Could do with a good clean . Bedding clean but tired looking . But the price was very good .. took me back 40 years to a youth hostel

Staff were really helpful and friendly, breakfast was nice. Great location.Clean, warm, comfortable, great value for money, excellent for a one/two night stay.

Only negative thing was that I slipped when getting out of the shower into the room. I thought the red triangle of lino was non slip, maybe a bath mat would be a good addition.

The address mentioned on Booking.com is not searchable in Google maps. Even directions from booking app don't work.I went to other location where the guy put a correct address in maps and then I have to go to this hotel. I wasted 30 mins and had to drive 20 kms extra only because the property address is not accurate

Straight off the motorway and easy to find

We were giving a disabled room we think, bathroom and toilet had no door just a makeshift curtain felt like and smelled like we was sleeping in the toilet

The location and price is really affordableRooms are comfortable Clean sheets and towels.

The staff was a bit unfriendly and couldn't speak English which is typical in France but for a place that delivers services to tourist and people in transit is a bit unacceptable.The bathroom is really disgusting.The air vent is so dirty is unhealthy and is mold all over the shower rail

Its a budget hotel. clean and priced good. we only needed it for one night on our way back

Its location. Just where we needed it for a stopover on our way to Spain. Housekeeping staff did a really good job so the place was cleaned to a high standard. Thank you.Convenient location to top up fuel and buy groceries.

The room was really small. Especially for three of us. I appreciate price to size ratio though it felt almost claustrophobic.

I only stayed one night. The location is perfect to me. Just a couple minutes of the freeway and restaurants in walking distance. The free parking at the facility is very convenient.The room is basic, but it works if just sleep. No nosies heard from outside or neighbors.

The shower aria is a bit cramped. The hotel, room and area are very basic and uninspiring But that's okay if you only spent one night. Price could be lower in my opinion.
